“The level of customer service we received was truly top-tier, the kind of service you would expect at a high-end restaurant, not a fast-food chain.

We dined in with my granddaughters, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They checked on us several times, brought extra napkins and wet wipes to the table, and even brought the girls crayons and coloring pages to keep them entertained.

When we were getting ready to leave, I started cleaning up after the girls, and one of the employees actually came over and stopped me, telling me they would take care of it. Before we left, they even gave each of my granddaughters a balloon.

I was genuinely impressed by the level of attention and kindness we received that day. It’s not often you experience that kind of personal service at a fast-food restaurant. The staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and that really stood out to me. Great job!“

“We love the Chicken express on Hwy 46. Norma is always excellent along with her staff. Absolutely the best. Very clean, quick, hot food, cold drinks. Unbelievably the TOP one and we've at several that are either too salty or dirty.“

“I just want to give a shout out to Bush's chicken! I was not feeling well Thursday night and my comfort food is their baked chicken. I ordered through doordash and Bush's called me a few minutes later. The lady on the phone informed me they didn't have baked chicken ready so gave me the option ot wait or substitute or refund. I let her know I was happy to wait. She updated my delivery time and my food arrived fresh and hot a little while later. I wish I had gotten her name because most places would just cancel on you or give you whatever but I really appreciated this service especially while I was sick!“

“06/07/2026 I ask for a cup of water with my meal I was told no that Popeyes told them to tell the customer to purchase a bottle of water instead he absolutely refuses to even give me a cup of ice then I ask for ketchup 4x they just ignore me. It’s totally unacceptable all they have to do is say we don’t have any or something the dining area is dirty Yeah so that’s my experience as a paying customer today“

“Made a visit to the Popeyes located in the TA store located off 35 in New Braunfels on the evening of September 18, 2026.
Husband dropped his wallet & was not aware of this mishap til we made it home. Immediately returned to the store & was informed that the young lady at Popeyes turned his wallet into another lady within the TA store. All contents were still in place. When you think all humanity has gone to shit, these ladies renewed our faith that honesty and kindness still exist.
