Jack is amazing ! Super sweet and friendly I'm assuming he's the manager? If not, promotion should be heading his way! lol

I always try a different combination of if toppings.

Tonight another customer that I say next to I mentioned to them that their pizza looked delicious as I waited for mine, and they offered me their garlic cheese bread appetizer which I could not refuse hahaha and that was sooo ooey~gooey cheesey and now that's gonna be a regular item for me!!

“My son and I used to come in every Thursday for a couple years. Our schedule changed and we haven't been in for a couple years. Came by this morning and Dana still knew who we were. She not only remembers my name, she remembers that I like lemon slices with my water. That's rare in a fast food environment!“

“The level of customer service we received was truly top-tier, the kind of service you would expect at a high-end restaurant, not a fast-food chain.

We dined in with my granddaughters, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They checked on us several times, brought extra napkins and wet wipes to the table, and even brought the girls crayons and coloring pages to keep them entertained.

When we were getting ready to leave, I started cleaning up after the girls, and one of the employees actually came over and stopped me, telling me they would take care of it. Before we left, they even gave each of my granddaughters a balloon.

I was genuinely impressed by the level of attention and kindness we received that day. It’s not often you experience that kind of personal service at a fast-food restaurant. The staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and that really stood out to me. Great job!“

“First and foremost, the biggest disappointment is that there’s no longer a Long John Silvers in the City that we live in north any nearby cities so we had to travel a few miles meaning hours to this location. First walking in, we were immediately greeted by the cashier who simultaneously was also taking orders. Her greeting was authentic and friendly and welcoming. Have fun making our order. “This McDonalds always seems to have the friendliest staff members the only thing that drives me absolutely crazy about coming here is how many people don’t follow the lines for the drive through and I wish McDonald’s would put up cones like ChickFilA does on Walnut so people would join the drive through correctly and not block traffic trying to get out of the lot.“
