“I’m not sure if he will ever see this…. However, we met a Bush’s rep named William while he was traveling in San Antonio staying at a Marriott. He gave our family food from Bush’s. We are so incredibly thankful for his kindness and making sure the hotel front desk got us our food. We left early this morning and were unable to thank him in person so I’m hoping he may see this. “I was almost broke so I went to Burger King drive-through lane. I ordered a fish burger sandwich, combo chicken sandwich and a regular hamburger meal. When I got home I noticed my fish burger the fish was gray color and very thin. The chicken burger had a lump of mayo and one corner so I decided to take everything back which was almost $30 when I got there they told me that I had to return it after I ordered in 15 minutes after I got my order . I explain to them that it took 20 minutes for me to get home and What is another 15 minutes to get to eat that’s when I discovered the uneditable food I took all the food plus the drinks but they refuse to refund me my $30. my last money that I had.. I will not go to Burger King ever again that is a very poor policy!“

“This location tends to feel cleaner than the others but the only issue I have with this location is every time I come here they forget something whether it’s onions on my burger or like today they forgot my fries twice or they forgotten my milkshake before, last time i ate in store they brought me and my friends other peoples burger. they always handle it very fast but i wish there wasn’t all these little issues“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

I went this evening, requested a cane sauce at no charge. I explained reason. cashier checked with mngmnt as I was standing there, manager told the young man that he can't be giving out free food. so what does the young man do? he pays for it. once I realized what was going on, I advised the young man I could pay for it BUT he wasn't giving away FREE food! “I heard about this place because of the CEO burger thing that McDonald's CEO started. I was in an area with one nearby and decided to try them. I had heard good things about it. I got the single patty cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake, as well as their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was okay, nothing to write home about; it was a little dry in my opinion. The milkshake flavor I chose was root beer. It was a good milkshake, but it made me think of a root beer float, and I was missing the fizz from the soda. (I don't know if you would say that's a good thing or not. It definitely left me a little confused, lol.) Still a solid shake in my opinion. The fries reminded me of Five Guys fries but thinner. They were seasoned okay, but they left much to be desired. The real star of the show was the burger. It tasted like a real beef burger, and the toppings were fresh. If you are coming here, you are definitely coming for the burgers, which I can say are pretty good. It also doesn't weigh you down after eating. I would definitely be going to the chain again in the future whenever I can. I would definitely recommend it; I think it's one of the better fast-food burgers out there especially for the price.“

“Buffalo Wings Lovers Rejoice!

I have searched high and low of Texas to find the best buffalo wings to no avail. With little to ok high expectations I ordered the 6 piece Buffalo Wings even though they offered a 10 pc option. This was my mistake.

Their buffalo sauce is homemade and has a nice creamy yet buttery consistency with the right amount of HOT to it! I’m on my way back now for a side of just the sauce to take back to Austin.

I also ordered their jr bacon cheeseburger and was reminded of what a real burger taste like. I really enjoy that the bacon was cooked and chopped ensuring pieces of bacon in every cheesy bite.

I unfortunately also ordered a pineapple milkshake and qas so shook at the combo of pineapple and ice cream. A delight nonetheless.

I did saw 3 workers Female gen, manager says hello 2nd worker Non- as John ( management as will. This young gentleman made the deference, why. I ate there respectful. And very acknowledge, in Arby's menu. I ask for the new steak burger. He ask me if., I like to know what's in it. He explain. Never thought to get a listen.. lol very knowledgeable and a great help.
