“What-a-burger! Greatest of the fastfood burger places if you don't have an In and Out burger! I love the grilled Jalapeno's on my cheese whataburger. Fries are typical of fast food places and I can't figure out how the Dr. Pepper shake stays on the menu, yuck!“
“I don’t know their names but the young gentleman and the lady working drive thru 10/29 at 1pm are absolutely amazing, they were so nice and made sure everything was in our bags. They looked understaffed and that’s not fair on these people you need to do better Bk.“
“For being new the service, speed of drive thru, and temperature of food is outstanding. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Make sure to ask for extra ketchup because they only give 2 for your entire order. Any milkshake (and I do mean ANY) is absolutely phenomenal!“
“We stumbled upon this place looking for a lunch spot and noticed all the great reviews, let me say the reviews live up to the hype. We were greeted by a friendly young lady (wish I got her name) and she was so helpful in explaining the menu and helping us decide what to order.I got the veggie wrap and it was SO flavorful and warm, you can tell they use fresh ingredients...the sundried tomato spread was divine! My fiance got the chicken pesto wrap and absolutely loved it as well. The house caesar salad was a perfect side. My fiance got the pasta salad and that was the only dish that lacked, since it was a little dry. But they made up for it with their top notch service and free drinks on our first visit! We will definitely be back to try the house made chips and other great sandwiches. The owners are doing something great here from service to food and I would recommend this spot to anyone and go support a local gem“
“I’ve been purchasing meal prep for several weeks now and every meal has been delicious. They are also very affordable. If you’re wanting to order from their cafe and eat there too, you can do that or grab a frozen meal to go. Everything is tasty! Check them out for sure!“
“Burger Boy is an old favorite of mine. First time to this location and only gripe was the restaurant could use a little attention on the cleaning side. It was just after lunch so they were pretty busy.Food was hot and came out pretty quick. We will be back.“
“This was our first time trying Revolutionary Wings and it was worth the trip. This being our first time, we tried a variety of menu items including the dill pickle wings, black garlic wings, hot Cheetos wings, chicken and Belgium wings and the mild and medium wings. The wings themselves were large and perfectly cooked. The flavors were all very good, the family enjoyed all of them and each of us had a different favorite. We also ordered a southern burger and the margarita flatbread. The flatbread was great, loaded with fresh tomatoes and cheese. Unfortunately the wings were so filling that we had to take the burger home to eat tomorrow - yes, the wings are that big and filling. I would highly recommend giving them a try the next time you are in the mood for some good and creative wings!“
“The food was amazing!!! The flavors on their burgers were on point and the cherry on top were their delicious strawberry cheesecake flavor shakes. I've also tried and loved the chocolate covered strawberry flavor and it was divine. It was a seasonal item but there are several options that are always available and so yummy. Another must try flavor is their fruity pebbles shake, it is out of this world. Definitely a place to indulge and satisfy your sweet cravings!Kid-friendliness: We took our middle school volleyball team for lunch and to enjoy a sweet treat and the staff was fabulous! Super friendly and polite.☺️“
“Good experience overall. I went for the first time ever today with my dad and step mom and they messed our burgers up. Fortunately they remade the burgers and gave us fresh fries which made me more than happy. Additionally they treated us to some shakes which is why I wanted to leave the review. They made it more than right and went above and beyond to do so.“
“Texan Sizzle is a fantastic breakfast and lunch restaurant in downtown San Antonio. It is a smallish spot with only a few tables inside. I had the breakfast tacos on Sunday and thought they were so good I had to go back and try the breakfast sandwiches on Monday. Excellent food all around and the two guys who work there are super friendly.“
“?The only thing I would change is the attitude of the guy who was in the window for drinks. He had the ugliest attitude and RBF when I greeted him and then at the end of our purchase …. Gave us prayer hands and said enjoy…. ???… how are you gunna be rude and have an ugly attitude and then throw prayer hands at the end…… anyways, hope he finds another job cuz I would have enjoyed that place so much more without the fake namaste attitude lol?AND THE DRINKS? Overpriced … 2 drinks came out to roughly $35…. For a kombucha and a 10mg THC drink…. -_-✨However, the ladies at the food truck though… THEY WERE ALL COOL AF. And the food was ON POINT! :)✨“
“Can I begin with...WHAT A BURGER!!! I ordered the Cheddar Burger, wow as you can see, cheese overflowing!! No I DARE NOT THE MACHO GRANDE! Plenty of parking! Plenty of seating, indoor and out. It's also a "sharing" seating, they have long tables and you are welcome to "sit with your neighbors "! They bring order out to you. Quick service. Definitely Spurs fans! Great photo ops with Wemby! Just a great atmosphere all around. Ran across it by accident. Happened to literally be in this neighborhood when we saw it and turned straight into parking alot (at least one of them, they appear to have 2). Ps..didn't order milkshakes but stood behind someone that ordered 4 to go..mmm Next time! Oh yeah definitely a next time.“
“Been going to Willie's for along time, lately I've noticed it has been hit and miss. But today they were great. Great service and management. We had 11 in our party, 2 babies, 2 elderly folks. Thanks ya'llDietary restrictions: Accommodation for non-dairy.“
“Delicious! I'll be back! I never heard of this place but So while Discount Tires was working on mounting my tires, they recommended this place. I ordered the Brussel Sprout Caesar salad / adding blackened chicken & avocado. Generous portion in a bowl. The Brussel sprouts was so buttery and crunchy. Blackened chicken was not overly salty. And! I sat at a table close to the wall and they had outlets! I connected my iPhone and did a little remote work while I waited for my car and had lunch. Really nice vibe here. Employees were very nice too.“
“Really love this place but lately it seems they are struggling to maintain their regular hours of operation. Perhaps its a staffing issue like so many restaurants right now. It would be nice if they would update their situation via Facebook or put a recording on their phone. I'm praying for them to overcome, I would love to give them some business if they would open.“
“My first visit here, and I ordered the lamb gyro. The staff was super friendly. My order was prepared fresh, and the fries were made to order. I found the lamb to be tender and very tasty. The fries were served hot and crispy with the perfect amount of season. The restaurant had nice decor. Really good first visit.“
“I'm from an area that doesn't have Shake Shacks but had to try it based on my love of the movie 'Something Borrowed.' So glad I tried the Avocado bacon burger! It's been a must-visit each time I visit San Antonio. Chose this location hoping to view the eclipse. At least the burger/fries were great!“
“We usually go to the Willie’s in NB, but we’re in the area so we stopped in to this location for lunch. Sabrina was our server and she was exceptional! Very kind and attentive. Our drinks were never empty and our food came out exactly as we ordered, in a timely manner! We will definitely be visiting this location more often!“
“The Hamburger battle continues. Mind you, this is not your gourmet burger spot, that being said......As far as fast food burgers, this is without a doubt my favorite. Texans will tell you that Wataburger is better. Honestly, they are not bad. What Wataburger has over In-N-Out is their selection. However, when it comes to the simple plain burger or cheeseburger, absolutely no doubt. Not even close In-N-Out is far above. Yes living in California for 11 years has skewed my opinion. The taste is far above any other fast food burger!!!!“
“As a Native Chicagoan, I would say this is the Best Beef, that I've had as I remember it, and I've had a lot of these from different people. I like the way they added the Bell peppers on top, I don't remember eating it like this back in Chi-town.?? ???“
“I am so upset that I haven’t tried this place sooner.Food - AMAZING!Music - AMAZING!Service - AMAZING! ?We took one bite of our burger and said “OH MY GOD THATS SO GOOD!”Plus, $2 margaritas on Thursday, you can’t beat that! We look forward to visiting again very soon!“
“if you’re cruising down San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio, you gotta hit up My Juicy. It’s just a quick hop from the Pearl district—like, under 3 miles. They’ve got parking and a drive-thru, which is super convenient. The menu is fire! The cheeseburgers, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches? Delicious.Plus, they don’t just have your usual drinks; they’re serving up some awesome shakes. But here’s the real kicker: they’ve got beer and boozy shakes at the drive-thru.Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for some good eats and chill vibes!”“
“I love this place. the food is great and it’s like chris madrids but better. the food is similar but it has the quality of love. The building is pink so it makes me happy, too. Good filling burgers, fair pricing, lovely people working there. Would go again!“
“On the last night of a recent visit to the area, we decided to try a mom and pop restaurant for dinnerz and I'm glad we stopped at RD's!Didn't expect much, as we had been pretty disappointed with most stuff we had come across, but I'm disappointed we didn't come here sooner! We all got the basic burger meals, and when they got brought to the table, all of our jaws dropped. The patties were absolutely GIGANTIC, the portion of fries was great, and all that for a ridiculously cheap price. It cost me something like <$10 for a giant burger, a ton of fries, and a drink, all delivered pretty damn quick.I found the burger and fries to be pretty tasty (although one party member didn't enjoy it as much), but again, for the price, I'd have been happy with MUCH worse, considering how poor so many recent $15-20 burgers I've had have been. The staff was all super friendly, and as mentioned, the food was done and delivered pretty darn quick. The only negative I had was there seemed to be a slight foul odor in the restaurant. Dunno if they were having some septic issues or maybe a neighbor business was having troubles (or maybe someone clogged a toilet...), but it was noticable to my nose. If we were to have gone back and the odor was still there, I'd definitely have had an issue, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was something out of their control and fixed soon after.“
“This is hidden gem - is absolutely amazing! The selection of food is pretty good ! The flavors within the food are delicious beyond words! I have never eaten Venezuelan food - I will come back to this spot for sure- I took my food to go- but eating inside is preferred. Driving home with a the fragrance was definitely difficult- I highly recommend this restaurant!“
“This place was AMAZING!! We were greeted by the super friendly guy working the cash register who explained everything to us and let us ask a million questions. Everyone loved their food and we’ll definitely be back! So unique and a great place to take people visiting.“
“This is what fried chickenIs supposed to be!!!The staff and mgmt. Are top notch!Hands down THE BESTFried chicken ever..To die for!Enough is not being said for San Antonio's BEST FRIED CHICKEN in TEXAS!!NO NE DOES IT BETTER ,FANTASTIC!!Thank you CHE and your wonderful staffWe LOVE YOU!! I hate to share it with the world but damn this is the Best fried chicken anywhere!!! Do not change a thing!!“
“Feta, cranberry, candied bacon burger is an absolute winner. Recommend the Elevated margarita for an extra few cents over the traditional one. Everything was delicious. If we lived in SA I’d be here multiple times a month and it would be scary for my waistline.“
“WOW!! This place is SO good. Their fries are amazing, and burgers/wraps are great too. So glad we tried this place. Nice outdoor seating, very family and kid friendly. Waitresses were very friendly and attentive.Kid-friendliness: Small playground and play area outside for kids.“
“Date night found us at Little Em’s Oyster Bar. We had come because their menu had Cioppino, which we love but unfortunately they hadn’t had any in weeks… So very sad, but we still ordered and had a delicious meal. Would definitely recommend.“
“Only have five sandwiches, one of which is vegan (avocado w/ lettuce & tomato). The “roast beef” is what I had. My friend had the “cheeseburger”. Both very good and bread is awesome. Sandwiches are small though, so order two. They’re only $3.99. Choice of Lays potato chips and bottled soda for extra.“
“Excellent food, excellent service. We will definitely go back. My husband has a Mercedes-Benz burger and I had the vegan burger. Both were great. The staff was also very courteous and thoughtful. We were surprised and glad that they also serve beer.8“
“If you love that nature feel, you'll like the atmosphere. I sat outside. The food tho?! Fantastic! My sister fell in love with the fish tacos! I had the spinach and portobello quesidillas! The the next day, the vegan bacon cheese burger. Wha-lah!The BEST SWEET POTATO FRIES EVER! I wanted to eat there everyday for our trip but I had to compromise.“
“I've been a regular at this fantastic Mexican restaurant for two years, and it never disappoints! ? The chilaquiles and quesabirrias are must-tries, bursting with authentic flavors that whisk you away to Mexico. ??Yes, there's a wait during peak hours, but that's expected at any popular spot. Trust me, the delicious food is well worth the wait! ?If you love Mexican cuisine, this place is a real gem. Highly recommend checking it out! ?“
“Great place to go. You can feed one to a family of four. Not much to choose from which makes it easier. There are burgers and fries for the kids but the name of the place is what you go for. My go to is the meal for two people with half a chicken, beef fajitas half a pound, and a sausage. Yum! Along with it is a side of charro beans, rice, and corn tortillas. I’m not a drinker so for those looking for a beer and dinner this is not the place for it. Family friendly. They do have two locations on Culebra, the newer place is less busy. Must check it out. I think the food is moderately priced. The meal for two, I pay $30 before tip.I’ll post a pic if I find one. I forgot to take one when I was there for dinner 7/25/23.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and noise is welcome.Parking: If it’s busy remember there is another location maybe six blocks down the road on Culebra and Colorado.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessible parking and entrance.“
“My wife's and my first time visiting, and we were very impressed! Delicious burgers, buns, drinks, fries, and nondairy chocolate shakes! Try their new Korean burgers and fries!Vegetarian options: Great dairy-free shakes! They also have a mushroom burger.“
“?️?️een going here since it was Fatty's Burger 2006,2007,2008 & so on‼️?? I remember everything when the San Antonio Spurs would win the championship game me & the ?️ros would ride through downtown on our bicycles and pass out flyers, & business cards for Mark all the time ✊? had fun & the food was Great then still is now‼️✅ Great Place, Great Atmosphere, Great Food, Great Beverages, & Great People (Family)‼️??✅✊? I Definitely Recommend Marks Outing AKA Fatty's Burger (Original) to everyone who hasn't tried it you won't regret it‼️?Vegetarian options: Veggie BurgerBlack Bean BurgerEtc...Parking: 15+ not exactly sure plenty of space‼️ (PLENTY)✅Kid-friendliness: Environment/Atmosphere & staff‼️Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs‼️“
“I stumbled on this place through an Instagram post (which normally is more hype than substance), but dang this place is great. The burger was perfect, huge, and a great price. I got a side of tots that were cooked to perfection. This is my new favorite burger spot in town. Highly recommend.“
“Rheanna was marvelous... the service was so good... she was attentive and informative to ensure I had a great time.. Her margaritas were amazing..mango and watermelon... ask for her for best energy barside... And did I say their margaritas are $4 and amazing.. Chili's has nothing on them...also get the shotgun shrimp ♡“
“Gave this spot a try after doing an internet search for somewhere new to eat. It definitely had a diner vibe inside, but you also have the option to eat outside under a shaded area. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive as well.Pros; good food, something for everyone menu options, reasonable pricesCons: limited seating and limited parking“
“The food is always good at Chester's. My one & only complaint is the black sesame seeds. I'm not a fan. It appears they are now coating top & bottom in them, or at least my bun was yesterday. I will be flossing those buggers out for days!! Other than that, our burgers were good.Parking: Large free parking with a light to get back on to Pat Booker Rd.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicapped ♿️ parking spaces. There is a ramp to get inside easily.“
“Had not been in a minute, but this was a marked improvement over what i remembered. Service was somewhat friendly, and the burger was decent. The star of the show for me was the fries. Those were excellent.Got a bacon cheeseburger, fries and tea.Having to ask for refills on drinks was odd, as was the entire staff still wearing face diapers in 2024.That aside, still a decent experience.“
“First time here on 4-11-24. Asked waitresses for her recommendation and customers next to me said the mushroom burger was very good. They were right except I'd say it was absolutely awesome! Service was lightning fast and food was top shelf quality. Fair prices I highly recommend this place!“
“Amazing first experience. We went to Cheesy Jane's looking for a place that had the best milkshakes in San Antonio, and after we saw online a review by another customer about Cheesy Jane's having the be milkshakes we knew we had to try it for ourselves!Needless to say, we were not disappointed! Not only were the milkshakes delicious, but they also had a big variety of flavors (including malts). My youngest kid had a choco-banana milkshake and the oldest an Oreo milkshake. They absolutely loved it. We also had the opportunity to try their delicious food. Everything we ordered was very tasty and warm. I personally loved their breakfast tacos on their brunch menu. The staff were very friendly since the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with smiles. Our waitress was very attentive to care for us while we were there, and the owner (or manager) made sure to check on us twice; she also noticed me eating the tacos and offered me some Salsa to go with it! Outstanding to be so caring about your customers.I can't forget to compliment their gorgeous aesthetic. I am obsessed with Diners, and it was satisfying to be surrounded by that vintage looking theme. Well done!We will definitely be coming back.Parking: The parking lot it is a bit challenging. Though we got there pretty early, and personally, we did not have any issues. But there were about 6 spots? Could be more or less. Again, it is not such a big issue, but it is definitely worth keeping in mind.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly diner in general. It's a great spot to come with your kids. They have booster chairs and the staff are very friendly. They also have a kids' menu, that comes with crayons for them to color.“
“Staff was very helpful with making suggestions. Food was fantastic. Served on styrofoam plates and plastic silverware. Wasn’t a problem for us. I had brisket nachos and husband had brisket combo. Ate outside because it was such a pleasant day.“
“First time eating at Biff Buzby's Burgers. It's kind of what you might call a "hole in the wall" restaurant, but I'm not sure that would be fair. They have a standard menu on a bright board that you first see, but then they have a chalkboard with daily specials. The cashier, who was also part of the wait staff, was very friendly and helpful. I had first picked out a hamburger on their standard menu, but then she pointed out the daily specials. I opted for a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. I could have had onion rings at no additional cost. They also serve beer, both bottled and on tap. Again, I had chosen a bottle before the cashier pointed out what they had on tap. Chose a iced glass of Shiner. After all of the above preface, the burger was delicious. The fries were nicely seasoned. And they give a side of pinto beans which were a nice touch. As you might guess, I enjoyed my visit!“
“I just want to start this out by saying, I love Esquire so it still gets 5 stars. With that being said...my last visit was a miss. Atmosphere.. 10, Drinks..10, Staff.. 10, Food... 5. My issues was with the steak. Please Esquire, bring back your Ribeye or Filet. The 10 oz Bavette Steak was not the standard that I expect from y'all. I always tell everyone that I'd put y'alls Ribeye or Filet against any in the city. Now that you replaced it with this bavette steak, I wouldn't even recommend to eat it. Just save your money and order something else. It was tough and lacking in flavor. I didn't care for the chimichurri poured all over it either. It was also about the same price as your previous cuts but not half the quality. I'd rather pay a little more to actually get a great steak with my cocktails. Please.. for the love of God... take it off your menu!“
“My overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The staff here was very attentive, timely, and friendly while not overbearing. The food was wonderful. I ordered the chicken bacon club with fries and the new exclusive Dark Berry Mountain Dew. My wife had the riblet plate, while my daughter enjoyed the blackened salmon plate. I would like to have given 5 stars across the board, but the table was sticky for an unknown reason, despite watching the young hostess wipe it down. I do not believe it was a cleaning issue, but rather a chemical issue.“
“I had the opportunity to check out Candy’s Burgers while serving Jury Duty at the courthouse, and boy was lunch on point! Right across the street, easy little stroll to get there and the service was excellent and fast. Even though the spot is small and the number of people visiting on their lunch hour, they crank out their food fast. Everything was hot and fresh, tarter tots were crispy, burger was delicious! Would highly recommend checking out if you’re in the area!“
“In-N-Out not only has delicious food, but it's always extremely clean inside the restaurant and the workers are always so friendly. As a food service worker myself, I know it's hard to be friendly to some people-- especially if you have a bad day --but their workers are always on their A-game. Their handmade fries are my favorite fries from any restaurant, as they always have a perfect golden color, just the right amount of crispiness, and they're always salted just right. The burgers are always juicy and flavorful, and the ice cream they use for their shakes has a nice, authentic ice cream texture to go along with its great flavor. 10/10 restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are some tables in the lobby designated to be wheel-chair accesible.“
