“The Walzem location is great! The place is always well-maintained and the staff understand true customer service. I can't tell what percentage is mgmt trng/selection and the staff themselves but it blows me away that the staff make eye contact to greet customers and are such hard workers. Other fast food places, they act like zombies - dead eyes and slooow. Here, they are friendly and quick to get the orders completed. One cashier (Asundra) took customer service even further and stunned me. I come every couple of weeks so a few weeks ago when I was ready to place my order, she said it beforehand and I was stunned. It made my week. I got such a kick out of that. It had never happened before anywhere. Two of the managers, Martin and Jesus exhibit that friendly, professional attitude so I sincerely believe that they must have a keen eye for picking folks with the right attitude. I'm sure the other mgrs are the same but these are the 2 I am aware of. It explains why Burger Boy is so popular. Folks experiencing fast, friendly, great service is not all that common. Thanks!!“

“I was almost broke so I went to Burger King drive-through lane. I ordered a fish burger sandwich, combo chicken sandwich and a regular hamburger meal. When I got home I noticed my fish burger the fish was gray color and very thin. The chicken burger had a lump of mayo and one corner so I decided to take everything back which was almost $30 when I got there they told me that I had to return it after I ordered in 15 minutes after I got my order . I explain to them that it took 20 minutes for me to get home and What is another 15 minutes to get to eat that’s when I discovered the uneditable food I took all the food plus the drinks but they refuse to refund me my $30. my last money that I had.. I will not go to Burger King ever again that is a very poor policy!“

“The food here is amazing, it's a walk-up stand. No places, tables- everything is to go.
They're only open Monday through Friday and close at 9:00 so make sure that you get there with plenty of time because lines can get long. I've never been there close to closing so I don't know their policy once it hits 9:00 and if there's a line but honestly don't chances it lol

Lent season just started so I am so excited to want to try their fish... However, I hear lines can get wrapped around the building so be forewarned.

“I had a quarterly meeting today in San Antonio. My husband was looking up places by the Cypress building and we found Armadillos Texas Style Burgers. I was greeted quickly and chose my booth. I ordered in 3 mins. Received my food in 5 mins. This was the fastest service I have ever had. I arrived to my meeting 10 mins early and I was happy and my belly was full. “Gotta give a shout-out to The Lords Kitchen SA . I placed an order for one of their delicious burgers and a side of their yummy fries to be delivered by Grub Hub. Placed the order @ about 1135 (5 mins after the restaurant opened today), and initially Grub Hub said I'd have it by 1230 . . . about noon Grub Hub tells me it will be delayed and I won't have it until about 1:20 - 1:40! The Lord's Kitchen called me about 12:10 to remind me I have an order ready, concerned that my food was getting cold. I thanked him and politely explained that Grub Hub is telling me I won't have it for well over another hour. We laughed and he guessed they didn't have enough drivers today. He called back just before 1pm to tell me that he and the cook were going to eat my order for their lunch (lol!) and make me another one so that it would be fresh and warm (nice!). Got the food about 1:25. Absolutely scrumptious! And kind, thoughtful service! Hit up this fantastic joint - they make a super fine burger and wonderful fries!“

“Buffalo Wings Lovers Rejoice!

I have searched high and low of Texas to find the best buffalo wings to no avail. With little to ok high expectations I ordered the 6 piece Buffalo Wings even though they offered a 10 pc option. This was my mistake.

Their buffalo sauce is homemade and has a nice creamy yet buttery consistency with the right amount of HOT to it! I’m on my way back now for a side of just the sauce to take back to Austin.

I also ordered their jr bacon cheeseburger and was reminded of what a real burger taste like. I really enjoy that the bacon was cooked and chopped ensuring pieces of bacon in every cheesy bite.

I unfortunately also ordered a pineapple milkshake and qas so shook at the combo of pineapple and ice cream. A delight nonetheless.
