“The Walzem location is great! The place is always well-maintained and the staff understand true customer service. I can't tell what percentage is mgmt trng/selection and the staff themselves but it blows me away that the staff make eye contact to greet customers and are such hard workers. Other fast food places, they act like zombies - dead eyes and slooow. Here, they are friendly and quick to get the orders completed. One cashier (Asundra) took customer service even further and stunned me. I come every couple of weeks so a few weeks ago when I was ready to place my order, she said it beforehand and I was stunned. It made my week. I got such a kick out of that. It had never happened before anywhere. Two of the managers, Martin and Jesus exhibit that friendly, professional attitude so I sincerely believe that they must have a keen eye for picking folks with the right attitude. I'm sure the other mgrs are the same but these are the 2 I am aware of. It explains why Burger Boy is so popular. Folks experiencing fast, friendly, great service is not all that common. Thanks!!“

“This restaurant is very clean. No matter what time of day you come. Employees are friendly always greet you when you come in thru the door. I love the food here. It’s always freshly made to order. I highly recommend this WhatAburger !“

“I was almost broke so I went to Burger King drive-through lane. I ordered a fish burger sandwich, combo chicken sandwich and a regular hamburger meal. When I got home I noticed my fish burger the fish was gray color and very thin. The chicken burger had a lump of mayo and one corner so I decided to take everything back which was almost $30 when I got there they told me that I had to return it after I ordered in 15 minutes after I got my order . I explain to them that it took 20 minutes for me to get home and What is another 15 minutes to get to eat that’s when I discovered the uneditable food I took all the food plus the drinks but they refuse to refund me my $30. my last money that I had.. I will not go to Burger King ever again that is a very poor policy!“
