“My very first experience at this location. First off the environment was clean all over from the tables to bathrooms. I proceeded to order and the manager NENA took the time to be extremely polite and caring about every little detail. I ordered tenders and fries then asked if they had okra. She said I’m going to make a fresh batch now. When the food arrived it was all hot and EXTRA CRISPY. HIGHLY impressed at every angle and would recommend this to my closest family and friends. Tay and Josh were also totally on their game. Keep up the fantastic work!“

“It’s so out of my way, but it’s definitely worth the drive. I still make the trip for the family because there’s something for everyone. I prefer their regular chicken, though—I’m not a fan of their chicken sandwich. Overall, it’s a great spot for the whole family!“

“family friendly environment.. empolyees are the best. best manager ever. great food fast service. Far and few amazing people still exist in this world. But let me tell you. This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers thank yall for having amazing employees.we didnt get his name. But thank you sir for making my kings day a very special one..“

“Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

“This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. Thank you again for helping us end the day what we set out to do, make their day a little more special. ❤️“

“This location tends to feel cleaner than the others but the only issue I have with this location is every time I come here they forget something whether it’s onions on my burger or like today they forgot my fries twice or they forgotten my milkshake before, last time i ate in store they brought me and my friends other peoples burger. they always handle it very fast but i wish there wasn’t all these little issues“

“We visited this place for the first time on Saturday, June 28. The food is delicious! The wait staff attentive and the owner was so friendly and welcoming! I am so very picky with Mexican food and I am happy to report they did NOT disappoint! Their dessert (churros with cajeta/ ice cream) was delicious. We are SO going back this weekend to try something new. Visitamos este lugar por primera vez el sábado 28 de junio. ¡La comida está deliciosa! La señorita que atiende las mesas fue muy atenta y la dueña fue muy amable. Soy muy exigente con la comida mexicana y me alegra decir que no me decepcionaron. Su postre (churros con cajeta/helado de vainilla) estaba delicioso. ¡Volveremos este fin de semana para probar algo nuevo!“

This was my first time eating at Wienerschnitzel, and I was very impressed! I ordered the $8 meal, which came with two corn dogs, two chili dogs, and chili fries. I added cheese to everything, and the entire meal tasted amazing.
The corn dogs had the perfect golden crunch that every good corn dog should have, and the chili was especially delicious and full of flavor. Everything was satisfying, and it was a great value for the amount of food included.
I will definitely stop by again the next time I am in town!“

“I love this style of pizza—charred, slightly crisp crust with the perfect topping-to-crust ratio. The staff went out of their way to make the whole experience welcoming and easy. It’s a bit pricier than average, but you instantly taste the quality in every bite. Absolutely worth every penny. Don't forget to try their salads, you can add your favorite ingredients as well!“
