“My very first experience at this location. First off the environment was clean all over from the tables to bathrooms. I proceeded to order and the manager NENA took the time to be extremely polite and caring about every little detail. I ordered tenders and fries then asked if they had okra. She said I’m going to make a fresh batch now. When the food arrived it was all hot and EXTRA CRISPY. HIGHLY impressed at every angle and would recommend this to my closest family and friends. Tay and Josh were also totally on their game. Keep up the fantastic work!“

“So, it was a cheat day. Mr C's Fried Chicken & Waffles was singing the Sirens song in my ear. Ive never been let down here before. That cornbread is amazing!!! (4 pieces) . Fried chicken skins - this the only place Ive seen them and you meant to tell me I get a plateful of my favorite part of the chicken??!! It was on point 9/10. Fried catfish, amazingly done. A voice inside said "oh they have red velvet cake, you should try that". I asked the waitress, on a 10 scale, she says 9. I take a slice home. Oh lawd. Ive always taken up for Red Velvet cake when the haters call it bs and made up chocolate, but it didnt have any love for me. Im a fat man, I will eat anything, even bad cake - but...I couldnt eat this. It was drier than the Sahara. I left it on the counter, and saw a trail of ants later."Hmm, maybe at least theyll eat it". Upon closer inspection, they were carrying ant water-pails to it to try to moisturize it. I threw it in my disposal and my disposal filed an OSHA violation against me. Would I recommend Mr Cs Fried Chicken & Waffles? ONly on days that end in -y. Would I recommend the red velvet cake? “very yummy place! i’ve been a couple times with my boyfriend and the tenders always hit! the atmosphere is pretty chill for the most part which i really enjoyed. the only minor detail was that waiters are a little bit inattentive sometimes.“

“My order is always correct at every location ive ever visited, because I substitute stuff out. Like bread instead of slaw, and honey mustard instead of Cane's sauce. Associates always smile, ask if you needed anything extra, and I've never ran into or saw any type of confrontation ever happen at any location. Little bit on the higher end for cost but you pay for what you get though! Happy food trails to everyone!“

“I couldn’t catch my cashier name but she is a superstar. There was a long line with a lot of people getting a little impatient and this girl just bounced around calm and collected. I literally ordered and the next 5 minutes I had my food. She was amazing whoever she is. She is wonderful and had such a loving personality. Kudos to her and of course everyone working the night shift on Father’s Day. Amazing service! Will definitely come back to this place.“

“My husband and I stepped out for lunch to Pollo Pechugon. He had eaten there a few times and raved about how good everything was. Do yourself a favor and try the delicious rotisserie chicken. It was sooo flavorful and fresh. My plate included quarter chicken, 2 flautas, corn tortillas and I substituted coleslaw for potatoes. I did try a potato and it was very tender and tasty. Customer service was amazing. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly. Everything was great! You won't be disappointed! Looking forward to my next visit!“

“My favorite location. Tonight I had car trouble & got stranded in drive thru. Felt so bad but employees were sooo kind. All but especially Megan & Gus who tried helping me & did not make me feel bad about the inconvenience I was causing. I cant say enough kind things & express how appreciative I am about their kindness. Went beyond just a helpful employee & were the most wonderful people. I hope they see this/are recognized & know how thankful I am. Contacting corporate office as well. It was on Thurs 8-6 at around 7:30pm. “Fleming Bird Chicken fajita lb +sausage lb is the best tacos you'll ever have in your life. I sweet by then and at one point it's mostly all I ate. Literally all 3 meals per day. And, I got in incredible shape eating it. They barbeque the chicken with lime and it's amazing. The onions are grilled with lime as well, just a wonderful tangy treat on sweet corn tortillas. Great not I have to get some flaming Bird! They also offer cold options for to go or snap beneficiaries. But they aren't the same as the lb fajitas! Yum!“

“As a loyal HEB customer, I specifically shop at Marbach. I am Vegetarian, however I still love eating at Flaming Bird by HEB. Their sides are delicious. I miss their mash potatoes! Bring them back!!

“We visited 6 days ago and this was our experience!!!! Bandera location Sooo this was weird, we came here for the very first time to have lunch. (All our friend told us the food was great) So we decided to try it out selves! We asked if they were open because they were squeeging water out the from door. The lady at the register ( I’m going to assume the manager she had blocked hair, and the only one at the register) She looked at my husband & I and said I can sit you outside ( it was HOT) because I have a plumber here. My husband & I looked at eachother & said no we don’t want to sit out side, proceeded to leave. We decided to order drive through, and eat in the car no big deal right??? No big deal we wanted to try their food. WRONG!!!!!! ONE THING I WILL NEVER EVER PU T UP WITH IS SOMEONE BEING A RACIST MF……. (We were the only Interacial couple there) can we say DISCRIMINATION & Racism MUCH!!!! “I've always had a great experience here. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently fresh. I really appreciate the great customer service and the effort everyone puts into making each visit enjoyable.

My only two suggestions would be to go a little lighter on the ice in the drinks, since the cups are sometimes filled almost entirely with ice, and to avoid putting too many small potato crumbs at the bottom of the fry container. Other than those minor details, everything is excellent. Keep up the great work!“

“We came to the base to visit my brother, and he recommended coming to this plaza for lunch. I haven't eat popeyes for a long time. The chicken and fries were good! My brother was excited to eat here since his meals during training weren't that good. It gets very crowded here during lunch time, so you may have to go somewhere else to sit down and eat. We got lucky and found a table in the starbucks area.“

I have seen absolutely no discrimination of race for serving. The food is absolutely amazing from how they season the chicken, to the rice seasoning, and the charro beans! I wish I could figure out how they do there seasoning for each. I have heard other locations are not as good as the one I listed so that is the only one I go to.“
