“I’ve always been a huge fan of the Kerrville Chick-fil-A, and my recent experience only reinforced why. I had a minor issue with my order of Chick-n-Minis arriving a bit jumbled—which you can see in image.png—but things happen. What truly stands out is how quickly and respectfully they rectified it by issuing a store credit. The service here is consistently exceptional, reflecting the strong values this company is known for. The restaurant is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly professional. They truly understand how to take care of their customers and make things right!“

“My food was supposed to be ready at 6:01 pm. It wasn't ready until 6:42pm. Part of my food was cold while it waited on more chicken. The young guy in the back in charge of making the chicken was not even listening to anybody. He was too busy with his headphones on. And everyone there except for the young girl we're singing to rap music really loud and cussing really loud. Small children were there and they were still cussing and rapping really loud. The store phone kept ringing and they just kept ignoring it cuz they were too busy horsing around and cussing and acting like fools.“
