“I already love Freddy's hamburgers but visiting this location was such a pleasant experience. Wes, our server went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and patiently explained to our kids they're options so they could order. I don't have a lot of expectations for fast food but this location has set a very high bar. My one single, slight critique is that I feel like maybe there could be one less table in the dining area. It was a little difficult to navigate“

“Went her for dinner and when I got home I realized I had no fries. I call them and they were so sincere woth their apology. They let me know the fryer had an issue and we're happy to refund me the fries and also replace them with custard im their stead. Once I came back the fryer was fixed and they gave me a refund, my fries and the custard. Service like that is truly becoming a lost art. Vanessa and the team are super stars.“

“I prefer a thin crust pizza and I have eaten Pizza Hut for over 25 years. The location in Kerrville and the manager of that unit makes in my estimation the best Pizza Hut pizza anywhere kudos to him and his whole staff. I try to order there whenever I have a pizza craving.“

“My hubby and I stopped here for Blizzard and Peanut Buster Parfait. They were great! But what impressed me the most was the polite and friendly atmosphere of the staff. They seemed like they really enjoyed their job and each other. What a fun place to work.“

“I believe my order was taken by the manager I’m not sure but her name was Mariah and she was so helpful and positive she helped my mother carry her food to her table she was very kind and patient with us you don’t get that kind of service or attention at fast food restaurants anymore she needs to be recognized she gave me a card to review her service after sitting down with her and telling her how wonderful she had been with us I just want this to reach the right people so they can understand that lady is GREAT at her job! And our food was absolutely wonderful as well! Me and my mother both had 2 pc chicken combos and they were fresh and very hot which she warned us about when she walked out the food to our table I don’t know what yall put in that chicken or your training but it will definitely bring me and my family back!“

“The catering boxes are fabulous if you want a whole lot of sandwiches for a long time lol. I just bought two 30 piece boxes and they are very good and I highly recommend :).“

“Brought my Beautiful daughters to visit Kerrville in a girls trip . We stayed for a football game and had dinner at Dairy Queen. I must say this is the best Dairy Queen I've been too. Food was fresh and service was great“

“The staff here are so positive and accommodating. The dining room is spotless. You can never go wrong with their original sandwich and the Sunjoy, half lemonade and half ice tea, is so satisfying. Instead of always using the drive-thru I will dine-in from now on.“

“I can always count on INSTANT service in the drive thru. They are a perfect example of fast food. Most fast food stores have me waiting for 10-15 mins. I am always impressed. But even the best can sometimes fail. My last visit I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. It wasn’t juicy and warm and delicious. Instead it was dry (bread and meet). The yellow sauce was sloppy and all over the bun; making it a mess to eat at my desk. Keep up the good work. You’re still the number 1 FAST food store in this city.“
