But my favorite thing about Mary’s is their hot sauce and I’m not gonna take away a star or anything because they didn’t put hot sauce in the bag. They were completely busy but I will say that taco casa hot sauce on a Mary’s taco just does not hit the same.“

“We got breakfast and it was all perfect! The restaurant is a cozy place with good service and clean restrooms. The outside eating area looked beautiful but it was raining so we didn't experience it fully. Service was fast, coffee was hot and fresh, and every employee had a smile on their face! I can only imagine how good their lunch and dinner food is!“

“Asked my waiter if he could make me a traditional Mexican style margarita. meaning, Many Tex Mex Restaurants use WAY to much sweet & sour. A true Mexican style margarita is 1 oz Tequila, 1 oz Controy (orange liquor) and 1/2 oz of fresh lime and 1/2 oz of simple syrup. That paired with the El Pastor taco’s, Baracho beans is solid.“

“I did not know we had a taco casa near south Texas! Tastes just as good as I remember as a teenager in north Texas, and the prices are tough to beat. This restaurant in particular has the friendliest staff! The gentleman taking my order genuinely made my day better, and the sweet older lady who handed me my food did the same. “Francisco’s is a cute restaurant that serves mostly Mexican food. We ordered the fish tacos, the special of the chalupa with chicken (forgot the name), a couple of kids meals which were all tasty. We did think the tortilla soup was much better than the chicken posole. The Mexican martini was ok too, but very strong, lacked Olive juice and I didn’t don’t get the shaker with leftover drink to refill my glass. This is something I’ve always received as part of my Mexican martini order. The regular margarita was good. Flan for dessert was good too and had a nice orange vanilla flavor. As for the restaurant it was nice, clean and had a simple layout with paintings on the wall. The service was the best part of our experience. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Overall food was ok, the layout was really good, the place was clean and the service was great. Great location too!“

“Tortillas are amazing!. Food was good and service was fast. I was disappointed in the quality of the eggs. They had the flavor and texture that you see at institutional restaurants. They weren't bad, but they stood out against the amazing quality of the tortillas, which are some of the best I've ever had. We had come in later in the morning, so maybe the eggs were just not fresh. I would still highly recommend this place, even for breakfast. And grab some extra tortillas while you are there!“
