βDon't let the building fool you. (I have rule for food establishments the older it looks the better it is). This place is unbelievable. Bark on the brisket and pulled pork was a perfect balance of seasoning, smoke and natural flavor of meat. I had the brisket, ribs and pulled pork (three meat plate) Brisket was moist and perfect balance of flavor, the ribs fell off the bone as I picked them up off the plate, and yet again perfect balance all the way through, the pulled pork was excellent and again balanced just right. The BBQ sauce was a perfect blend for pork or beef just added that extra level to all the meats. Now to the desserts!!!! The buttermilk pie was excellent not to sweet not to savory, the chocolate cake was like a true home made cake and the pecan pie was devine!!!!! Had to try all three with my family. Kerrville is lucky to have an establishment as good as this place. Well done 5 stars all the way aroundβ

βHuge breakfast tacos served on homemade tortillas. One will fill you up. Sean's and Better than Sean's were amazing tacos. Other than outdoor seating, it's takeout only. They do a lot of business, and whether you order ahead or order in the store, they'll have it ready quickly.β

βWe, my husband and I ate a late dinner there lastnight they close at 9pm and Maria still seated us at 8:45pm. She was sweet, friendly and attentive. I ordered the combination platter that included homemade refried beans, Spanish rice, a taco, tostado and 1 cheese enchilada. He ordered 1 beef and 1 cheese enchilada a la carte, 2 large sweet teas with lime and a cheese con queso appetizer with tortilla chips. Everything was fresh and the taco meat was not greasy. Best Mexican food ever!! Well worth every bite & good value for your money $33 total!! We will come back, thank you!!β

βI was craving sushi at my favorite place of all time.... If you like AMAZING sushi and/or hibachi and your in hill country, this is it. Bittersweet knowing i'ts our last trip here for a bit, but... as always the service and food were absolutely phenomenal. Thanks Johnny, Morgan and Nick and Clemente ,(and of course Ms Rose) for the laughs over these visits! We're gonna miss y'all--- Til next time!β
