“Not only is the food amazing, the service is excellent, they were able to seat us regardless of a full reservation system, and the atmosphere was unforgettable! We can’t wait to return.“

“This place is beautiful! 😍 We were in the area for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and were able to easily get a reservation for a Thursday night. Our server was Christopher J. who was wonderful. They immediately brought us ice water that had lemons and cucumber. I enjoyed it, but my husband did not. 😂 Christopher brought him some without cucumbers. He also gave us “shots” of the Roasted Carrot Ancho soup to try before we ordered. We started with Jumbo Lump Crab Gratin, Tejas Ranch Caesar, and “Bragging Rights” Honey Butter Drop Biscuits. I ordered Pan Seared Flounder with Three Cheese Grits (recommended by Christopher) and my husband ordered Grilled Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Maple Chipotle Sweet Potato Mash. We finished with Cabernet Blackberry Crisp with Lavender Vanilla Ice Cream. We enjoyed everything we ate! We will definitely return especially for their bed and breakfast.“

“My wife Caroline and I stopped at Nury’s on Main Street in Fredericksburg. We loved the restaurant! The atmosphere, friendly staff, great selections of delicious cuisines, good quality and value. We met the owner Nury and she was so nice and friendly. We ordered some beef empanadas and loved it. We’re definitely going back. It’s our favorite spot now.“

“This place is very big. Plenty of parking. A huge gift shop, place to eat, and walk. So many plant options along with flowers. You may buy seeds. Take photos. It's so beautiful overall. There are beautiful butterflies and the occasional bees collecting from the flowers. I highly recommend going by for some shopping!“

“My sister and I ate here after walking up to Cross Mountain and around Fredericksburg.
I have been here many times because I like their breads and foods.
When we arrived, my sister waited for a table, while I went over to the Bakery area. Lucky for me there were 2 loaves of Wheat Bread left. I bought them.
I make White bread, but not Wheat.
Here their bread has the right texture and taste.
I go over to our table. Menus have been brought. We know what we want, but we looked at the menu.
We both want Ruben Sandwiches, of Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese on Pumpernickel Bread. Potato Salad comes with this order.
We have tea and coffee.
The Corned Beef is delicious and easy to chew. Just the right blend of spices.
The potato salad has the right tangy taste to it.
This restaurant is popular !

“I’m not sure where to begin. My husband and I ate lunch on the back patio today with our dog, Dino. We were promptly greeted by our server Jo, who must have written the manual on great service. She was attentive, witty and full of information. Our food was equally as great, we’ve eaten quite a bit of bratwurst in this town in the past 5 weeks, and theirs is lights out. Oh, and to top it off the live music was awesome, check their schedule so you don’t miss Cliff Crawford.“

“Signor Vineyards was absolutely beautiful. The landscaping alone is 10/10. The grounds, vineyard views, and photo spots are gorgeous, and it was such a nice place to spend time while vineyard hopping.

I also really liked the self-serve style setup. There are multiple areas, both inside and outside, where you can get another bottle of wine, and the staff working those lines were efficient and helpful. It kept things moving and made the experience feel relaxed instead of having to wait for table service.

The food options were more casual than I expected going in, with things like cold-cut and chicken-salad sandwiches, but honestly, it was exactly what we needed for lunch. Everything hit the spot, and the truffle chips were the best truffle chips I have ever had in my life. I do think it would be great if they added a few cold side options, like pasta salad or potato salad, to round out the food options.

My only real feedback is the seating. The outdoor tables are picnic tables rather than regular tables and chairs, which is not ideal if you’re wearing a maxi dress or skirt. I understand why they use them, especially for larger parties and sturdiness, but I would have preferred higher-quality table seating that didn’t require straddling a bench.

Overall, this was a wonderful stop. The views were beautiful, the food-and-wine setup was easy, the staff was efficient, and it seemed very kid-friendly, even though we didn’t have kids with us. I would definitely go again.“

“Recommended by an acquaintance. About 6 miles North of town in an old Sinclair gas station. A small bar and 4 tables. Menu choice was a DinoBLT or hot wings. We went for the BLT. Order at the bar, no table service. BLT's came out in a paper sack. Bottle beer and canned soda are the beverage options, no water. Could well be the best BLT I ever had. $10.00. Weekends The menu changes to DinoBurger $20.00 and wings. Would have come back for that but left town the next day. While waiting around for food, wander through the service bay.“

“Absolutely loved this place, amazing deating spots where you could be watching a movie, the news or even sports, and let me tell you about the food, this was an amazing experience with hot and just cooked pizza being ready right when you arrive as well as other food such as, salads, pasta, etc.

The only not so great thing about this place was probably that the drink dispenser was running low on some drinks and that made them taste very insipid, other than that the arcade and the service to claim your prices was absolutely amazing with the cashiers being nice to everyone and the games fun for everyone.

“This is our favorite German restaurant in Fredericksburg, and we have tried almost all of them. The waitstaff are primarily German-speaking, the atmosphere is quaint, and the food is incredible. We had the cheesy potato soup, butcher's plate, and paprika schnitzel, and they were all amazing. The sides are almost as good as the entrees!“

“We really enjoyed our dinner at Rathskeller. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi and it was delicious. My husband said the Heavenly Tilapia was the best he’s ever had. The rice pilaf wasn’t bad, but it was more of a Spanish rice IMO. I enjoyed the cheddar mashed potatoes, but my husband was not impressed with them. Over all, our dinner was wonderful and the service was great. We’d go back again!“

“We go to Mamcita's almost every time we are in town. The food is always good, but this past weekend, we went and I went into the restroom and it was awful. The second stall was so nasty and I tried to flush it down, but the handle was broke. So I waited for the next one to open up. After I walked out, told the lady by the desserts and she cut me off right away and said they knew it. Why was this not addressed and at least put a note on the door that is was out of order? Why was not not fixed when it was reported the first time. Please keep restrooms clean-this also gives a red flag that leans to the wonder of the kitchen. This was a big turn off!!“

She’s speedy, no waiting for your drinks, always remembers our drinks and never lets the crowds or the pace affect her smile or sense of humor. We won’t even get started on the flaming shots.
