We saw this place during our walk in downtown Fredericksburg and made a point to stop in the next day for lunch. Their home brews were superb and the butter-brushed pretzel appetizer was light, warm, and delicious. The club and reuben sandwiches were excellent, but the Caesar salad had a bit too much dressing. Overall, an excellent experience that we'd happily do again.
Just seen these owners on iimpct media who was doing a first amendment video in front of their property. They came out and was so dang respectful this is a place I would frequent often. Good fortune with your establishment fellas. From fellow Texan living in London uk

We had the most amazing time at Fredericksburg brewery Company. Adriana was so attentive and what a great attitude and attentiveness to all our needs the peach cobbler was to die for. We loved the selection of beers. Try the soft pretzels with habanero ranch. Will definitely ask for Adriana again.
