Stopped in during our visit to Fredericksburg. Nice little place we ate the dish with the Snitzel and bratwurst with a sausage, red cabbage and sauerkraut with a super friendly atmosphere. Great service loved the owner. We definitely recommend this as a stop on your time in Fredricksburg. They had other options not just German as well. Wonderful place for breakfast. Loved the ambiance and the food was delicious! Great service too. Very friendly! We will be back. And we did! We started our spring break with breakfast here and ended our week with breakfast here. Best place ever!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Rathskeller. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi and it was delicious. My husband said the Heavenly Tilapia was the best he’s ever had. The rice pilaf wasn’t bad, but it was more of a Spanish rice IMO. I enjoyed the cheddar mashed potatoes, but my husband was not impressed with them. Over all, our dinner was wonderful and the service was great. We’d go back again!
