What used to be pretty good seems to have turned extremely mediocre. Our server seemed iritated and uninterested. The scotch egg app came out with a hard chalky yolk, soggy breadding and swimming in the dressing from the coleslaw it was served with. The jeager schnitzel was over cooked, the Ruben was pretty ok. The two beers we had were pretty good, cold and correct to style. Overall, unimpressive and uninspired.

Had the beer flight and some great food. Ended up taking home a growler of the El hefe. Staff was attentive and welcoming. EDIT- visited again recently and will likely try some other German places. The chicken wrap was good but the sundried tomatoes were inedible. The club had a huge slab of ham and just as much cheese. The soft pretzel made up for it though.

We had the most amazing time at Fredericksburg brewery Company. Adriana was so attentive and what a great attitude and attentiveness to all our needs the peach cobbler was to die for. We loved the selection of beers. Try the soft pretzels with habanero ranch. Will definitely ask for Adriana again.
Great selection of beers and German dishes. Love their Kolsch. Great servers. Always return when in Fredericksburg.

We saw this place during our walk in downtown Fredericksburg and made a point to stop in the next day for lunch. Their home brews were superb and the butter-brushed pretzel appetizer was light, warm, and delicious. The club and reuben sandwiches were excellent, but the Caesar salad had a bit too much dressing. Overall, an excellent experience that we'd happily do again.

Just seen these owners on iimpct media who was doing a first amendment video in front of their property. They came out and was so dang respectful this is a place I would frequent often. Good fortune with your establishment fellas. From fellow Texan living in London uk

Best food in Fredericksburg. I I’ve their schnitzel. Potatoe salad and red cabbage outstanding. I could hardly eat it all.
Decent beer selection, looks like a great venue to be during a party. We just had beers at bar. They do have some wine selections if beer isn’t your thing, which is nice.

Great food and beer! Spinach artichoke dip and the pretzel were amazing. Will be back.
