Flavors were authentic, I had a huarache (sandal) tortilla shape like a sandal that's where the term comes from. Drinks, meat amazing!!!! Service very satisfied. We were visiting, highly recommend visiting this place! Eli great server!!! ?
Some plates are good and others, not so much.. Still figuring out what we like but so far…Liked: Carne Asada tacos, Paradilla but not the mar y tierra, fajita nachos, burgers. The chille relleno was also good here, the guacamole and queso flamado appetizers. They have good tortillas here, both the flour and corn.Disliked: the rice and refried beans, the queso and bean dip (from trio dip). After a long day of traveling from the Rio Grand Valley, we were starving when we got to Fredericksburg. I looked quickly as to what restaurants were open on a Sunday evening with decent reviews and Le Tequila Jalisco was open.OMG some of the best Mexican food we have ever eaten and we have eaten a lot of Mexican food all across the nation.The menu is a it different with different choices and some of the old favorites people are familiar with.
