I have been enjoying wine here since 2013 with my family, and now I have a membership with my husband! We visit every anniversary we have, and this is such a special place for us. So many memories over the years. Today we upgraded our membership thanks to Leilani, who is such an incredible part of coming here. She is so informative, kind, welcoming, and hospitable. “Truly picked based on logo, and then when finding location was pleased it was within town. Upon arrival, just wanted to try something new. We had the whole place to ourselves, a WONDERFUL background to the wines and the Kalasi Cellars origin, and smooth as silk red wine. (Our wine educator was a fantastic wealth of knowledge- his name started with a J- the rest is lost to me in his captivating history )

“We had an amazing private tasting experience at Slate Theory Winery. The wines were outstanding—thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and full of character. The cave setting was truly incredible and made the whole experience feel unique and intimate. Our host, Alisa, was the absolute best. “Until I can make it to Texas, I’m bringing Diamond Vineyards to me in central New York! I ordered a shipment with selections of Tempranillo, Tannat, Mourvedre, and Melee and loved them all! Shipping was easy with lots of options and the wine was packed with care. I can see why the Tempranillo is a favorite with a unique flavor and warm rich feel perfect for a cold snowy night by the fire. I will replenish my stash and hope to visit the source, soon. “This is an absolute no miss place. Lots of interesting beverages to try, including a selection of spicy drinks - my favorite. The owner, Barb, creates a welcoming and fantastically fun atmosphere with her personality, available games, and local crafts for sale. We meet several really cool locals. If we lived closer we'd hang out all the time!“

“Great experience at Invention Vineyards doing their sparkling tasting. Not only is the facility beautiful and the wine excellent, you get to see how traditional method sparkling wine is made at one of the only facilities doing it this way in Texas. Zanna led our tour and was so knowledgeable and friendly, and her husband Chad rounded out the experience in a wonderful way. I appreciate that you get to choose which wines you want to taste across their full suite of wines in the Heath Brand, including those made at Invention and those made elsewhere. When traveling with large groups or people with different taste preferences, it's nice that it's fully customizable like that. The property is also beautifully landscaped with a covered patio. I will for sure return!“
