“What an exceptional wine tasting experience! I don’t write many reviews, but feel compelled to share how much we enjoyed our Blackmon Table visit. We knew of Bill Blackmon from William-Chris and were eager to try his wines as we continue to learn about the Texas wine industry. The wines really are special, but the added bonus was getting to meet and visit with a legend in the field. We were delighted to find Bill Blackmon as approachable as his wines. No wine snobbery here, just honest sharing of a great product and the story behind it. We left not only with a new wine club membership but feeling like we had a new friend as well. We look forward to future visits.“

“What a hidden gem in the quaint little town of Mason! My husband and I stumbled upon Par Cellars and were blown away. Mrs. Parr herself guided our tasting, and her passion, knowledge, and warmth made the experience unforgettable. I’ve never been a red wine drinker, but after learning about their grapes and harvest process, she completely changed my mind, I walked out with 8 bottles of red wine! The wines are fantastic, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is absolutely impeccable. Don’t miss this spot, we’ll definitely be back!“
