“Great experience at Pebble Rock and talking to Rob. His knowledge about the wine industry and everything it takes to make wine is incredibly interesting. The Albarino and Sangiovese were my favorites but I really enjoyed the table red for weeknights! I'm looking forward to visiting again!“
“we finally became members of this winery. WE have always enjoyed their wines and we usually take friends and relatives there to taste their wines. Love the friendly services and food is not bad at all... even have gluten free section. We have also visited their location in the Dallas area.“
“We attended the 2024 eclipse here and loved it! We had a family reunion and everyone at Westcave was so helpful. Even when there were small mIsunderstandings they were very kind and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Wine was delicious! We traveled all the way from Africa to be here and I would do it again!“
“Second time coming here - 4 years after our first time - and it's still a great stop for wine in Texas Hill Country. We arrived as a group of 5 on Christmas Eve, and even though they were closing early that day, we were welcomed warmly by the staff and never felt rushed. We all did a tasting of their dry wines ($20) which included 6 tastes (plus an extra sample at the end of their mulled wine), all of which I enjoyed! Many of us liked the Cab Franc, and the Duo Bianco is always a pleaser. There were also sweet dogs there to hang out with. At the end of our visit, I bought a cute Texas-shaped winery ornament to remember the great times I've had at this vineyard!“
“There's nothing like it in the hill country! A real gem of a place #youwanttobehere. Feels like home, super nice staff, and so many fun event nights, like karaoke, trivia, and different tastings such as Texas vs. the World and their yearly Texas Wine Jam event. Also, their wine club is packed with all kinds of benefits, including discounts, pickup parties, and monthly bottle shares. Dog friendly too!! Highly recommend this place to anyone driving to the hill country!“
“We had a wonderful time here! We had a group of 7 and it was perfect place to gather and enjoy some wine (prohibition rose-I highly recommend) charcuterie and great friends. Terry, was outstanding and we really appreciate the time she took explaining the wines, history and just made us feel special and welcomed. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.“
“We had some family in town from Monterrey Mexico and they wanted to go to a Winery and Fredericksburg. We had been here before and thought they would like it and the view. All of us got hunger and ordered pizza with our wine. We had a wonderful time with the family. I wish the weather would have been better, but we made the best of it. They enjoyed it and want to come back next time they are in town.“

“I was here with a school class trip and came here to eat while waiting. I ordered the New York lunch special pizza, build your own. Had a great salad before the pizza was done. They make a dill salad dressing that is awesome! Service is VERY GOOD and the place is nicely set up. They also have wines but driving I couldn't try those.Kid-friendliness: Easy comfortable spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and wide open spaces inside.“
“Exceptional quality and scenery. Rarely does one find a small vineyard experience so consistently lovely at every turn. Indeed, I almost wanted to give a bad review because the popularity this venue deserves means it will inevitably soon suffer from its own success….but rightly so.Our group luncheoned on a candied pecan salad, warm, soft pretzels, a cheese board and a margarita pizza. We accompanied these with a white wine flight and a sample of the bourbon-barrel-aged beer. Everything was superbly delicious and perfectly prepared. The facilities are extensive and beautiful, the staff was unfailingly friendly and charming (particularly our server, Adam), and there is ample space, even if your group requires all 78 guest rooms. We could not have been more pleased. This destination was worth the trip. Highest recommendation.Safety: Calm, happy atmosphere.Walkability: Very easy access for persons with special movement needs. Good parking, easy paths.Food & drinks: Excellent vineyard and kitchen.“

“Do your self a favor and come here. They stand out against any winery I’ve ever visited. The owner is here running it with a grand partner in crime Sue who compliments the place like diamonds on a gorgeous women’s neck. If you are looking for fine wine that tastes exactly like the description and a memorable experience to talk about for years.. come here. If you want to delight in delicious wine, laugh, joke, relax, and go home with a new outlook on what fun is please.. again come here. This business deserves to boom.“
