Had an excellent afternoon at Tatum. Wes, our wine ambassador, was an exceptional host with warm hospitality. We loved all the wines and left with the GSM and Mourvèdre.
Simply great wine by a long-time Texas winemaker, Josh. Nice location on a walkable street in Johnson City.
Great spot and amazing wines.

The current wine list features five distinct offerings, all sourced from Texas Hill Country vineyards, with production limited to around 1,000 cases per year, ensuring a hands-on and personalized approach.
Highlights of the tasting include the 2023 Trois Étoiles, a classic Rhône-style blend with notes of stone fruit and minerality, and the 2024 Rosé of Carignane, a crisp and refreshing offering. The 2020 GSM, a robust and well-balanced blend, and the 2020 Syrah, with its smoky notes and natural tannins, have also been praised by visitors. The 2020 Mourvèdre, with its spicy character and a touch of nuttiness, rounds out the impressive lineup.
