Always a good experience here with delicious food and great drinks. Service can sometimes be slow, but they get the job done. Neely was amazing and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend, whether you're looking for dinner, a light snack or just a refreshing beverage. My kitchen manager and I come here almost every week.
We came here after checking out Pecan street brewing. Place had many open tables and our party of 8 was told to wait outside. Glad we decided to come to Proof and Cooper instead. Instantly sat down, served drinks and waited on. India was an excellent waitress. Food was fantastic. Our party had a few chicken fried chickens that were cooked perfectly, chicken fried steak, a loaded potato with brisket and I had the spicy chicken sandwich.
