“Sampled 2 beers that were fantastic, Recommend the Saisson and Bourbon Brown. Burger good/average and Berserker stuffed potato was as big as my head and awesome. Brisket on potato shinned through and I'd get a Brisket meal next time. Tim served us and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food and area. I'm shocked thus place wasn't packed but it is a small quirky bar. I loved it!“
“Absolutely amazing food! I have paid more and gotten less amazing food at high-end restaurants in San Antonio and Austin. This is a true gem in the Hill Country. The menu changes with the seasons but is always worth a stop. And being so close to Texas Wine Country they have a great selection of local wines too. If you don't stop here you are truly missing out!Dietary restrictions: Willing to work with you on any dietary restrictionsWheelchair accessibility: Meets ADA standards“
“Visiting from GA and decided to try this place. It was a great all-around experience! Very neat revitalization of an older small town. Sampled a couple BBQ meats and sides, and a wonderful cocktail called the “Watermelon Crawl”! Everything was delicious, especially the Texas style beans. The waitress was friendly and very helpful with her own personal recommendations on the menu. Does not deserve some of these negative reviews in my opinion.“
“We stopped here on our way from a winery tour. The one-cowboy food truck did not disappoint. Pack your patience as pizzas are hand-made with a hand-made artisan crust and local fresh toppings. I loved the flavorful thin crust and enjoyed every slice of my 'Supreme Disaster' pizza. We are looking forward to our next trip to JC!“
