“We have been treated exceptionally well every time we have been here. They know your name (associated with The Hills POA) and the service is very good. Burgers are beyond great and the setting is very nice - especially the patio. However, It is *pricey* though for what it is. There are a lot of other choices in Lakeway - don't overcharge just because you are the captive Country Club restaurant. For this it gets 4 stars, not 5.“

“This is such a unique lakeside establishment. It's one of my favorite destinations in Austin. The food is pretty good but some dishes leave room for improvement. The flavor is there but lacks in presentation and limited ingredients. The atmosphere and service are top notch. This is definitely a whole in the wall neighborhood Vibing place but the patrons are exteremly welcoming, making you feel like you are a regular. Great family and pet friendly place to watch the sunset over the lake or throw a company party.

I crave BBQ constantly and the Smokey Mo's offers great food, service, and the food is relatively affordable considering how much it costs to eat out these days.

I love their sausage. It's mouth-wateringly tender, flavorful and it also comes in jalapeño if your palette favors the spicy.

It also pairs quite well with their BBQ sauce which is a nice blend of sweet and smokey.

I really dig their potato salad which is nice and moist. It scoops like ice cream and is tasty like a scoop of ice cream. Potato salad should never be dry.

I'm also rather fond of the macaroni and cheese. My wife says they add a little bit of citric acid to it. It's how they make it so creamy. It is O so creamy.

The employees are both courteous and professional. They cut off the blackened portion of my moist brisket at my request to make it easier to chew and digest.

They have bread, pickles and onions out on the floor so you can make your own BBQ sandwich. And I suggest you do.

“We liked the food at Gloria’s, but Dos Hermanos blows Gloria’s away! The food was amazing. Pancakes were huge. Bacon was thick and yummy! Migas were good. Staff was super friendly!!! Definitely coming back!

7/27/2024 update - Banana pecan pancakes with a what looked like a dulce de leche drizzle was the special today. So freaking good! My sweetie had the Tres Leche French toast. Yum!!!Julia was our server. So sweet and funny! Such great service!“

“If you are in the area or live in the neighborhood, and work from home, this place is a fantastic option for lunch. All the food is made to order and at a reasonable price. Definitely high quality too! I'm definitely coming here more often.

“I went here to celebrate Mother's Day and the overall experience was good but it was a pretty average buffet. A buffet that was way over priced. On top of that there was a hefty service charge with an added line asking for additional tip. Given that this restaurant is attached to a hotel is maybe why there was an additional "service chg" but I was a bit shocked when I received the bill. The bill was $300.10 for just 3 of us. (3 buffets & 2 mimosas). Service was fair, meaning that the wait staff refilled my coffee and water. It's my fault for not being prepared with knowing what this was going to cost me in the end.“

“We went to dinner first at Oasis Restaurant. They made sure we had a great view of the lake as the sun set! After dinner we went upstairs and had a beer. Overall a great relaxing experience!

Parking: Easy parking. Plenty of space. May have to walk if you get there later.“
