We have been treated exceptionally well every time we have been here. They know your name (associated with The Hills POA) and the service is very good. Burgers are beyond great and the setting is very nice - especially the patio. However, It is *pricey* though for what it is. There are a lot of other choices in Lakeway - don't overcharge just because you are the captive Country Club restaurant. For this it gets 4 stars, not 5.
Great customer service! The actual name for this place is 'Hills of Lakeway Country Club'. Recently attend a major buffet at this location. The golf course and country club are under the umbrella of ClubCorp based out of DFW area. From my understanding a large amount of new folks just came on board to work here, even the new executive chef, Danny James, for the 'Hills of Lakeway Country Club'. I had my wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Angela & Ann were amazing and made the whole process a dream. The food was delicious and they had a handle on everything during the day of the wedding. There's no way to eliminate ALL the stress of wedding planning but this venue does a damn good job of making your big day very special. I'd highly recommend this venue to any Bride to be in the Austin area!!
