Canyon Grille is a restaurant offering great food at reasonable prices, with a variety of delicious dishes such as jalapeño margaritas, ceviche, and ahi tuna bowl. The service is attentive, and the restaurant is family-friendly, with a fun atmosphere and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The dining area offers lovely lakeside views, and there is plenty of parking, including handicapped. The shishito peppers as a starter are good, and the wagyu burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The crabmeat flounder was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the salmon was fresh and delicious, and the shrimp scampi was rich and savory. The chef caters to food allergies, with fresh menu choices and a great balance of flavors. The food was exceptional, and the service excellent. Canyon Grille is worth visiting for a nice meal, fantastic views, and a hidden jewel experience. Ride the trolley down to the Marina and walk around while you're there.
