We visited recently for a birthday dinner. Our service was great, I ordered a crispy Salmon over rice and asparagus. We also tried the fish and chips. Pretzel bites, shistito peppers,fried brussel sprouts and queso. The Drink menu was extensive and quite a variety of mixed drinks.

My husband & I have enjoyed The Canyon Grille, Rough Hollow, on several occasions when visiting family living nearby.
