Rex’s always provides really good food and excellent service when we’re at Vinovium. I highly recommend them.
My wife and I were on a wine tasting tour, while all the food could not make it out in time for our bus departure, the employees made sure to refund all the people who could not be served. From what our friends could rave about, the food was fantastic.
Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had… amazing atmosphere and awesome people! Definitely made it worth going off the beaten path.

Despite a mishap with one customer not being able to try their desired gumbo, the portions of the other dishes were generous and satisfying. The staff is commended for their attentiveness, warm welcome, and knowledge of wine pairings. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and customers particularly enjoyed dining on the patio on a cool day. The unique "red caddywampus" drink was a hit, and the presence of a friendly dog named Whiskey added to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Rex's Creole Kitchen is worth visiting for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
