“I love this place! It was so unexpected. I’m big on burgers, and Christophe delivered! The order was fresh, fast, and flavorful. “Stopped and grabbed seven chicken fajita tacos for some guys working on my house. I had one myslef with red salsa and it was delicious. It was oversized for what I was expecting and even though it took me 10 minutes to get home it was piping hot. I'll definitely be stopping here again.“
“Jennifer and Hector cooked up some wonderful steak, chicken and veggie tacos today at the Enchanted Fredericksburg Ranch Glassblowing and Purple Shack Gallery. The veggie tacos were wonderful with red and yellow peppers, onions and topped with avocado, cilantro and onion plus their special mild avocado sauce and hot salsa. Served complete with rice and beans. Note their regular address is 108 W Main, Johnson City, TX. But they travel. Way cool to have this deliciousness while watching glassblowing.“

“My husband and I were driving through Johnson City on our way to Fredericksburg and found this awesome food truck!! You never really know what you’re getting with a random food truck but OMG 😳 I ordered the cast iron hash and my husband ordered the scramble! They both were beyond delicious!!! The layers of flavors were to die for!! What a wonderful experience and a grand surprise! The owners were so very nice! I would recommend this food truck and rate it a 10 out of 10!!! Amazing food and a cute couple as owners! I’m so impressed!“
