Christophe is a gem of a man and amazing chef. His burgers are made with top quality meat and don’t scoff at the price! They are more than worth it. Not our first time by any means but Christophe has outdone himself this time. The “Italianese” Italian/Japanese fusion burger concoction he’s come up this week was divine. Truly one of the best we’ve ever eaten.“

“Stopped and grabbed seven chicken fajita tacos for some guys working on my house. I had one myslef with red salsa and it was delicious. It was oversized for what I was expecting and even though it took me 10 minutes to get home it was piping hot. I'll definitely be stopping here again.“
“Jennifer and Hector cooked up some wonderful steak, chicken and veggie tacos today at the Enchanted Fredericksburg Ranch Glassblowing and Purple Shack Gallery. The veggie tacos were wonderful with red and yellow peppers, onions and topped with avocado, cilantro and onion plus their special mild avocado sauce and hot salsa. Served complete with rice and beans. Note their regular address is 108 W Main, Johnson City, TX. But they travel. Way cool to have this deliciousness while watching glassblowing.“

“Eat here. The GG smash burger was absolutely incredible. Perfectly cooked, juicy, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Just perfect.
The tacos weee freshly fried and both crispy and chewy at the same time and 100% drlicious. The folks at GG care deeply about their food and it shows.
