Jennifer and Hector cooked up some wonderful steak, chicken and veggie tacos today at the Enchanted Fredericksburg Ranch Glassblowing and Purple Shack Gallery. The veggie tacos were wonderful with red and yellow peppers, onions and topped with avocado, cilantro and onion plus their special mild avocado sauce and hot salsa. Stopped here on our last day of vacation for breakfast. Breakfast tacos are delicious and the homemade flour tortillas are incredible. Friendly service and a cute and covered sitting area. 10/10
