Christophe is a gem of a man and amazing chef. His burgers are made with top quality meat and don’t scoff at the price! They are more than worth it. On a roadtrip from Houston and was looking for a place to stop for lunch. Everything was made to order and was delicious. Brussel sprouts were crispy, loved the added pine nuts and feta. Burger was 10/10 actually one of the best burgers I’ve had. The patty was huge and so flavorful and the chipotle sauce was a great touch. Chicken pesto panini and fries were a great too! 100% recommend
We were visiting from Austin and stumbled upon this orange food truck while wandering in our neighborhood. Unbelievable. The quality of this food was on par with some of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Incredibly reasonable price for top notch fresh ingredients, creative dishes, beautiful plating, and a delightful chef who clearly puts his heart into his cooking. Will have to get back out to Johnson City more often now!

The atmosphere is pleasant, featuring outdoor seating and occasional live music on weekends, while inside, there is a nice coffee shop with climate control for comfort.
