“We come here often for frozen Palomas & Margaritas( they’ll make them to go for you ) and or to stop and watch live music. They have wonderful service, and delicious food and beverages. We love sitting outside under the giant trees strung with fairy lights. The atmosphere and scenery really make this place special! They are always extremely accommodating to our two toddlers and we always enjoy visiting! I would disregard any of the negative reviews, I think some people are just unhappy no matter what. This place rules!“

“1st time we have been since it became Chills. We liked it! The front staff wasn't all that friendly, but our waitress was great. Food was good, and quick. My son had the best tine on the new play area they put in. sad to see that the creek looks as dirty as it does. I remember taking my adult kids here when they were little and it was so beautiful.“

“We had a delicious brunch on the patio today. We really enjoyed the avocado toast Benedict, which featured a perfectly poached egg. We also really enjoyed the pancake, which was huge! Best of all, they have a dog friendly patio with plenty of shade.“

“My son lives in Austin and every time I visit we go to Driftwood. Tomorrow 7/2 will be our 4th time to go. We get a bottle of wine and walk over to the bistro. Great service and their stuffed avocados and steak quesadillas are awesome.“

“Some of the best breakfast food I've had anywhere. Very down home cooking, large portions. We had an excellent waitress, very friendly, attentive and was on it even with a bit of a crowd building. Great breakfast/lunch place and highly recommend it.“

“Huge shoutout to San Marcos BBQ for absolutely crushing at our most recent event! They catered for over 250 people and everyone was loving on the food. So many compliments. From start to finish they were so easy to work with! Everything was ready to go on time, packaged up perfectly, and it made the set up and feeding such a big crowd quickly, a breeze. The owner and staff were super helpful, kind and professional, just genuinely great people who care about what they do. Great Food, Great People. Awesome Experience. “Everything was amazing!! The food, service, and ambiance- we ate outside and it was gorgeous! We had the fried brussel sprouts, BBLT, Ruben, pear house salads, and shared a crab cake. The crab cake is INCREDIBLE! Everything is sooo fresh and flavorful! My blackberry mule was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had!! So smooth!!!! And the panna cotta… so creamy and light and delicious! The ginger carrot cake was so moist and amazing too! I can’t rave enough!“
