We had a wonderful time at this new and impressive winery! The manager came over and chatted with us and told us all about Michael Ros wines and the history of its conception. Our server was extremely nice and answered all our questions in an unhurried relaxed way. Beautiful and unique winery. You'll enjoy it.
The ambiance at this winery is superb, but that would not mean much if the wines did not match...fortunately they do. For me and my wife, our favorites are the Tempranillo and Sangiovese (superb, with a smoother finish than most Texas wines), Viognier (not as heavy as Texas Rousanne/Marsannes) and their Sangiovese Rose (one of the best Roses I have come across in Texas Wines). Beautiful location! We liked Laurie! She was very sweet and knowledgeable! The reds were all great. We bought the Malbec and Sangiovese. We met Rosanne, the owner, and she was so nice!
