Super nice owner/chef! Ordered a boatload of gumbo and ettoufee plus crab pies and crab jalapeno poppers to bring home and enjoy. Perfect dinner to warm up happy hunters and happy wine loving ladies. Fantastic tasting room @Slate Mill Wine Collective.
As one other reviewer mentioned, the Boudreaux truck is now parked next to the tasting room at Slate Mill Wine Collective, where the two compliment each other wonderfully!I never met a cajun dish I didn't order and enjoy, but I have to say that the Boudreaux food really is fantastic, better than a lot of what I've had in NOLA and other parts of Louisiana. Everything we ordered from this food truck was amazing! We ordered the swamp fries, crawfish pie, spicy boudin and etouffee. It was the best etouffee I’ve ever had. I highly recommend eating here while visiting the winery!
