“Five of us ate here on Saturday afternoon. We were the only table in the dining room. The food was its usual high quality but the waitress was totally incompetent. She brought the food to the wrong person, got 2 of our 5 orders wrong and never refilled our tea. Her name is Bailley and she needs to be retrained at the very least.“

“I booked their event room for Thursday May 16th, for a surprise 70th Birthday Party for my wife. We pulled the "surprise" off, and had about 35 people in attendance. Leading up to the party, the staff was always friendly and very helpful to me and my Co-Host, who handled the decorations setup. We could not be happier with the food (open menu), drinks AND especially the SERVICE. Rosie did an amazing job, from beginning to end, keeping up with orders and food delivery, kept on top of drinks and individual needs and requests, and even orchestrated the "Happy Birthday" song. I was thoroughly pleased, and the cost turned out lower that I had anticipated, which was icing on the cake. I will certainly be recommending Julie's Cocina, a fabulous restaurant to others, for just great casual dining and especially for special events. “It's not easy to reach if you're from anywhere besides Marble Falls, but it's worth a commute! They don't have a bad beer on tap. The taproom has many pours not offered outside the brewery like barrel aged options. It's a fairly small main seating area but there are tables in the rear inside the brewing floor. Parking is ample. If you visit in March or April you can also visit the famous Bluenbonnet house across the highway.“

“Overall a good meal and great service. My street tacos were a tad dry, but those who got the enchiladas really liked them. The jalitos appetizers (battered, fried jalapeño slices) were very good. Quac and salsa were good. Would we go back? Yes.“
