I’ve been here literally dozens of times. We come here every weekend during the summer. Excellent food every time. Well-made drinks as well. Full bar and friendly service. We had the best steaks that we have ever had at Hoopers. Not at the new Hoopers, but at the original "white house".The blackend rib eyeswere absolutely perfect. They were very, very tender. Cooked perfectly and served hot.For those of you that like us miss Russo's and their wonderful selection of menu items, Hoopers blackend ribeye steaks fill the gap.Remember, there are two Hoopers. Our family had a great time enjoying our food. The server was great and we got our food right away. Enjoyed the F1 race on TV at the bar area and all the pictures from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I had the migas tacos, my husband had steak and eggs, my kids had pancakes and french toast.
