“We love love Baguette et chocolat.First, I would like to say that the person who gave only one star is not being fair with their review. They had it on their website that there will be no fève. It was their choice bc in America, unfortunately, you need to be careful with things that you could choke on: they probably didn’t want to get sued in case something happened. This person forgot to mention how delicious the galette des rois was. We had leftovers bc we are a family of 3. It was perfect reheated in the toaster oven for the next 2 days. The crust was perfectly flaky. The almond cream was sweet but not too sweet, the right amount of sugar and almond. This place hasn’t changed since it got bought back a couple of years ago. The quality is still the same: it’s still the same pastry chef. The owners are so nice and friendly.I love going there and having my chausson aux pommes, they’re definitely my favorite. I love how flaky are their croissant, pains au chocolat. It’s always hard to decide between a plain good old croissant, pain aux raisins or chausson aux pommes. Sometimes I have to get all 3 ?I’ve never had their breakfast for some reason, I should try. I’ve had plenty of their lunch items. Their salads are really good and fresh. I love their sandwiches: I feel like I’m home. Their croque monsieur are my favorite thing on their lunch menu: if you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and head over to get yours. So good!!! Love the sauce on top. I don’t like when other French bakeries make them without that sauce: to me, it’s what make a great croque monsieur.Everything is made fresh so if you’re in a rush, order ahead and your food will be ready when you get there.Being French, sometimes I miss home. If I need comfort food, Baguette et chocolat is where I go.Keep on supporting this amazing bakery!“

“I dine here 2-3 times/week. Warm, friendly staff with low turn over which means the owner is a strong leader. Food is fresh and tasty. Prices are fair. Atmosphere is lovely, contemporary and relaxing. Outdoor courtyard is nestled under lovely hill country oak trees. Music is upbeat, lovely, but not so loud you can't think or hear someone talk across the table.“

“I rate it the best Japanese restaurant in greater Austin area. The master chef, Akira-san provides authentic Japanese cuisines. Every dish is fresh and delicious. Staffs are attentive and friendly. The contemporary interior design is just neat and cozy to enjoy a nice meal.“

“The food always comes out hot and quick, and I almost always find myself craving it. The service here is amazing and the waiters are always polite. Their fountain drink dispenser is NEVER empty. They have food that is gluten free and vegan. They also have clean bathrooms almost all the time!“

“My wife and I's oft selected Italian dining in the Hill Country Galleria was becoming stale and salty, so we chose the nearest, best rated Italian restaurant - Tony C's, a franchise, apparently, located next to the Cinemark. We went for lunch, and were greeted with a perfect number of customer/server ratio, with a few gentlemen seated at the bar contentedly eating and drinking while watching a game on a not too loud television. We selected a table and received very attentive and professional service from both staff and management (the family who own the franchise, I believe) and selected two lunch slices of pizza and a split Caesar salad for both of us.The food arrived in a timely fashion and was... pretty great, but not excellent.Specifically, the Caesar salad had too much dressing anf the pizza is not quite there - meaning, on every aspect of "pizza," (sauce, crust, cheese, toppings) it was four stars out of five.Management informed us because it was our first time visiting, we were entitled to their Italian beignets served with honey. These were excellent and highly recommended. We both ate with a coke for me under $25.The restaurant ambience was good, and the restroom was clean. All in all, a pretty great restaurant, with excellent service which my wife and I would return.Vegetarian options: Classic Italian vegetarian fareDietary restrictions: Clearly labelled menu itemsParking: This establishment is located in an open air mall, so park in the nearby parking garageKid-friendliness: Actually, despite being a proximate fine-dining establishment, provisions are made for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in like a pizza pie!“

“This was just a very lucky find. I was at the Galleria, wondering what to have for lunch and there was a parking spot available in front of this restaurant. I took that as a sign and went in and was very impressed. The place is small and cozy with great service, lighting and music. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu as it all sounded wonderful. The things that I tried were absolutely delicious and the sangria spot on.It has that local hangout feeling and I look forward to trying everything on the menu eventually ?“

“Great cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant. Welcoming staff and quickly found us a table.Food is tasty and servers are helpful in case of any questions.Didn’t have to wait a lot between courses.Definitely worth a try.Closest to authentic Japanese cuisine as you’ll get in south Austin.“
