My food was supposed to be ready at 6:01 pm. It wasn't ready until 6:42pm. Part of my food was cold while it waited on more chicken. The young guy in the back in charge of making the chicken was not even listening to anybody. He was too busy with his headphones on. And everyone there except for the young girl we're singing to rap music really loud and cussing really loud. Small children were there and they were still cussing and rapping really loud. The food is still really good but as far as the service and the attitude with the employees it's really bad
We stopped on our way from California to Brownsville, TX. The staff was very kind and the lady, a blonde with glasses, was very sweet and professional and inviting. I wasn’t able to get her name as I could see they got busy and did not want to distract her. She helped us choose a better deal for our family, she even brought our food out. Overall a wonderful experience and we always love Church’s chicken and love experiences like this to go along with it.
