“It’s really good a little spicy , just a kick but the taste is delicious!!! Don’t like the fact there’s no free parking . First time I tried it got charged $10 more just for 5 min after the hr . Other than that it’s good. First time took like an hour to be served , this time about 20 min .“

“So, it was a cheat day. Mr C's Fried Chicken & Waffles was singing the Sirens song in my ear. Ive never been let down here before. That cornbread is amazing!!! (4 pieces) . Fried chicken skins - this the only place Ive seen them and you meant to tell me I get a plateful of my favorite part of the chicken??!! It was on point 9/10. Fried catfish, amazingly done. A voice inside said "oh they have red velvet cake, you should try that". I asked the waitress, on a 10 scale, she says 9. I take a slice home. Oh lawd. Ive always taken up for Red Velvet cake when the haters call it bs and made up chocolate, but it didnt have any love for me. Im a fat man, I will eat anything, even bad cake - but...I couldnt eat this. It was drier than the Sahara. I left it on the counter, and saw a trail of ants later."Hmm, maybe at least theyll eat it". Upon closer inspection, they were carrying ant water-pails to it to try to moisturize it. I threw it in my disposal and my disposal filed an OSHA violation against me. Would I recommend Mr Cs Fried Chicken & Waffles? ONly on days that end in -y. Would I recommend the red velvet cake? “Tried this place out today. The food (whole chicken) was grilled perfectly. It was very delicious. However there were roaches in the dining area. There were also random people , not customers coming in and out of the dining area. I would recommend getting your food to go.“

“My order is always correct at every location ive ever visited, because I substitute stuff out. Like bread instead of slaw, and honey mustard instead of Cane's sauce. Associates always smile, ask if you needed anything extra, and I've never ran into or saw any type of confrontation ever happen at any location. Little bit on the higher end for cost but you pay for what you get though! Happy food trails to everyone!“

“I couldn’t catch my cashier name but she is a superstar. There was a long line with a lot of people getting a little impatient and this girl just bounced around calm and collected. I literally ordered and the next 5 minutes I had my food. She was amazing whoever she is. She is wonderful and had such a loving personality. Kudos to her and of course everyone working the night shift on Father’s Day. Amazing service! Will definitely come back to this place.“

“My husband and I stepped out for lunch to Pollo Pechugon. He had eaten there a few times and raved about how good everything was. Do yourself a favor and try the delicious rotisserie chicken. It was sooo flavorful and fresh. My plate included quarter chicken, 2 flautas, corn tortillas and I substituted coleslaw for potatoes. I did try a potato and it was very tender and tasty. Customer service was amazing. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly. Everything was great! You won't be disappointed! Looking forward to my next visit!“

“First time eating inside. I went with my grandson, 10 years old. It was a little busy but service was fast.i had the lemonade, which was delicious. Also had the waffle fries and the fried chicken sandwich. My grandson had waffle fries, his favorite fries in town with ice tea and chicken tenders.

We are so incredibly thankful for his kindness and making sure the hotel front desk got us our food. We left early this morning and were unable to thank him in person so I’m hoping he may see this. “My favorite location. Tonight I had car trouble & got stranded in drive thru. Felt so bad but employees were sooo kind. All but especially Megan & Gus who tried helping me & did not make me feel bad about the inconvenience I was causing. I cant say enough kind things & express how appreciative I am about their kindness. Went beyond just a helpful employee & were the most wonderful people. I hope they see this/are recognized & know how thankful I am. Contacting corporate office as well. It was on Thurs 8-6 at around 7:30pm. Thank you again & I am sorry for everyone having to go around lane I was holding up & employees having to redirect cars 😬“

“So I'll start off saying I love the food here. Its always flavored great I love to get the build a bowls. Now my negative review and why I dont give 5 stars is they do not regulate having anything available during peak times. Lunch time and dinner everything is out and the grill is full cooking but nothing is ready for 30min to an hour. I would say they need to regulate cooking and having food constantly ready for customer needs. Other than that customer service is great and I will still be a customer just hope feedback helps change some things.“

“Fleming Bird Chicken fajita lb +sausage lb is the best tacos you'll ever have in your life. I sweet by then and at one point it's mostly all I ate. Literally all 3 meals per day. And, I got in incredible shape eating it. They barbeque the chicken with lime and it's amazing. The onions are grilled with lime as well, just a wonderful tangy treat on sweet corn tortillas. Great not I have to get some flaming Bird! They also offer cold options for to go or snap beneficiaries. But they aren't the same as the lb fajitas! Yum!“

“I’ve been to many Pollos Asados restaurants, and this one truly stands out. It’s the only one I’ve found that cooks their chicken over 100% charcoal, which gives it an amazing, authentic flavor. One of my favorite parts is that you can actually watch the cooks preparing everything through the window, so you know your food is being made fresh. “I personally felt it extremely important to give this location and it's employees the highest of praise possible as they ALWAYS exceed in customer service !! They are always welcoming their customers with a smile as well as making sure that their customers leave with one also ! I have NEVER had a single bad experience at this location what so ever !! As I sat enjoying my lunch today I was pleased to witness an employee go out of her way to help an elder with understanding the ON LINE ordering process for future orders. Not many people nowadays would be that considerate ! I will definitely be returning here more often !
