“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“It was rush-hour and everyone was super busy. Sidney always had a smile on her face and was so professional and polite. Mark, the assistant General Manager was apologetic for any wait that customers had. Overall, even though the wait was a wee bit long because of the Tuesday specials. Everyone working, made it a pleasant experience“

“Tried this place out today. The food (whole chicken) was grilled perfectly. It was very delicious. However there were roaches in the dining area. There were also random people , not customers coming in and out of the dining area. I would recommend getting your food to go.“

“Member shout out to Miss Dana! We went in last night for the cookie decorating event and free kids meals which is amazing!! Miss Dana has helped us before and was there again tonight and I just wanted to say she is absolutely lovely every time we see her!! Her kindness and attitude is so welcoming and loving and we chatted about ourselves and it was so nice. After a super long day it was so refreshing to talk with her! “So, it was a cheat day. Mr C's Fried Chicken & Waffles was singing the Sirens song in my ear. Ive never been let down here before. That cornbread is amazing!!! (4 pieces) . Fried chicken skins - this the only place Ive seen them and you meant to tell me I get a plateful of my favorite part of the chicken??!! It was on point 9/10. Fried catfish, amazingly done. A voice inside said "oh they have red velvet cake, you should try that". I asked the waitress, on a 10 scale, she says 9. I take a slice home. Oh lawd. Ive always taken up for Red Velvet cake when the haters call it bs and made up chocolate, but it didnt have any love for me. Im a fat man, I will eat anything, even bad cake - but...I couldnt eat this. It was drier than the Sahara. I left it on the counter, and saw a trail of ants later."Hmm, maybe at least theyll eat it". Upon closer inspection, they were carrying ant water-pails to it to try to moisturize it. I threw it in my disposal and my disposal filed an OSHA violation against me. Would I recommend Mr Cs Fried Chicken & Waffles? ONly on days that end in -y. Would I recommend the red velvet cake? Im going to need a few therapy sessions first. 😃Please bring back the buttermilk pie.“

“Tabitha at the Kitty Hawk location always serves with a friendly smile and I appreciate her customer service attitude especially when the line is wrapped around by the Sushi Bar! One thing I would like to ask the management staff for the Flaming Bird is to bring back the chicken, chicken fajita and beef fajita bowl as the Tuesday special. Now it’s only limited to the carnitas bowl.“

“Magda is awesome. I arrived right at closing. She smiled, asked me what I wanted and packaged it for me quickly. She could have just said they were closed. That’s not in her character. And, it carries over to her crew. Popeyes is my favorite place to eat because of her and her team.“

“06/07/2026 I ask for a cup of water with my meal I was told no that Popeyes told them to tell the customer to purchase a bottle of water instead he absolutely refuses to even give me a cup of ice then I ask for ketchup 4x they just ignore me. It’s totally unacceptable all they have to do is say we don’t have any or something the dining area is dirty Yeah so that’s my experience as a paying customer today“

“The food got 20 stars from me on tonight. I don’t know who was cooking that food, but it was definitely made out of LOVE and you can taste it from every thing that I ordered Including the drink…the biscuit was not hard as a rock..it was glistening with butter (Glory) …CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY ON POINT…They were very professional, while taking my order and even saved me some money. They were also very polite when I went in the store to get extra condiments… The store was clean and did not smell like old grease and everybody had a friendly face and was very respectful and nice.. A great atmosphere on tonight!!! Kingdom blessings to you all and keep up the good work!!!“

“If you're looking for the chicken pot pie on sale at KFC, this is the location you need! The staff is friendly, and while it took about 20 minutes for our pot pies to be made, it was absolutely worth the wait. Come on over if you're willing to wait 20 minutes for a fantastic meal! My Aunt Dorothy loved this, and I'm enjoying it with my Uncle James.“

“I'm not a big fan and the food could've been better but it was decent. I had to ask someone in the drive-thru for a menu because I'm not familiar. The lanes weren't very well marked so I ended up in the wrong one to wait for my order and was very politely asked to move. The service was outstanding though and I really do appreciate that. I just might go back. :)“
