When it comes to items THEY didn't put in your bag; they need some improvement. Took over 3 calls to just get a manager. And some of their employees need some customer service training for their tone. Smh
staff are happy to help and answer questions. it can get extremely busy but staff does not get lazy when it's crowded. they keep the store flowing as best they can. the deli food is good, like the hot food. the drive in and delivery staff are happy to help on the phone. if you notice an issue with a product they are more than happy to help you report it, like an incorrect barcode, etc. it's nice they play music in the store.

Been shopping at H‑E‑B since the early 80's so I can say that I have had my fair share of visits to most of their SA locations. I understand that we are experiencing troubled times after the pandemic and under this God Awful admin in DC destroying our nation. I've always enjoyed H‑E‑B's low prices, coupons, selection and convenience, but as of late I cannot get over the fact that their prices are what they have become.
