Been shopping at H‑E‑B since the early 80's so I can say that I have had my fair share of visits to most of their SA locations. I understand that we are experiencing troubled times after the pandemic and under this God Awful admin in DC destroying our nation. I've always enjoyed H‑E‑B's low prices, coupons, selection and convenience, but as of late I cannot get over the fact that their prices are what they have become. Everything I shop for is at least 75 to 100% higher than recent years. I really feel like H‑E‑B has just hopped on the bandwagon of screwing their customer base without a second thought. Im just so sick of it!!! When will or WILL it ever get back to normal?? Please do us a favor and quit continuing to mislead everyone with LOW PRICES signage everywhere in your locations. It's such a slap in the face when you think about it

When it comes to items THEY didn't put in your bag; they need some improvement. Took over 3 calls to just get a manager. And some of their employees need some customer service training for their tone. Smh

staff are happy to help and answer questions. it can get extremely busy but staff does not get lazy when it's crowded. they keep the store flowing as best they can. the deli food is good, like the hot food. the drive in and delivery staff are happy to help on the phone. if you notice an issue with a product they are more than happy to help you report it, like an incorrect barcode, etc. it's nice they play music in the store.

This is my neighborhood HEB. Normally all is good and always find what I need. On this particular visit on November 17, HEB employee ANKE ( badge and all) cut in front of while waiting to purchase a cake at the bakery. Greeted an employee, was currently busy, so she stepped aside to call another employee over and proceeded to order. Huge display of rudeness and lack of manners. You are not above the customers ANKE! Re-take Customer Service 101 and Customer Courtesy

Great neighborhood heb. Been going to this location for yearsssssss and they keep adding things to improve. From self checkout lanes, to a 25 item and under express lane, to including the heb ready to heat meal options -- this heb is perfect. Customer service is always great and they almost always have everything in stock that I need. Maybe I'm biased, but definitely one of the better locations in the city.

I bought this soup because HEB didn't have any other brand and I was sorely disappointed. Not only did it have 0 flavor, it was like eating the dirty dish water out of my sink after a family chicken dinner. I tried dipping my grilled cheese into it to add flavor to the soup, and it eradicated the flavor from my sandwich. I added salt and it did nothing. Crackers did nothing. Your soup was so horrible it curdled my tastebuds and made me projectile vomit all over my plants. My dentist says I need emergency surgery for my lack of tastebuds due to eating your blasphemy of a soup. Never in my 17 years of life have I ever tasted something so foul and flavorless, and this is coming from a white household. A WHITE HOUSEHOLD. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for even thinking it's okay to sell that product.

We are definitely fans of HEB. My wife sent me to get taco meat. When I walked by the grill area, I noticed the pound of fajita chicken meat for $7.99, I thought I could get that for tacos and save a step as wife was working and I was in charge of the tacos. I bought the pound of meat, but was disappointed when I got it out and the meat was charred, overcooked, and rock hard. Instead of having the texture of fajita meat, it was like chicken jerky, almost impossible to chew. Not going to buy that again.

Let’s get to the business, the chicken, the bowls, the plates is banging. On Tuesdays they have a discount on the bowls and the chicken plate thing is like 599. With the chicken balls attend to get the chicken bowl with beans as my base no rice chicken and the chipotle lime sauce is out of this world you got to try it with the chipotle lime sauce they have a creamy one and the regular one at tend to stick with the regular one. The price is a real good, so if you’re trying to stay in budget the flaming bird is the place to go.Vegetarian options: Does vegetarian option is just tell them what you want and I’ll give it to you

This H-E-B is okay. I only have a few major problems one of them being the employees that walk around with a cart asking you if you would like whatever they have in the cart. Usually if I would be fine with that, but they ask way to often and rather then suggesting it they shove it into your face. They also do it way too often, he was nagging me every five minutes while I was shopping in produce. Speaking of produce it isn't the best there. Their fruits and vegetables are usually dented opened and even rotten. My family and I love samples the only problem is the employees giving them out. My daughter asked if she could have one while I was maybe five feet behind her in plain sight, but the lady was terribly rude when asking where I was and made my daughter unhappy. Lastly the bagging situation. There is plenty of people to bag but when it was our turn to go to the register the bagging lady completely left and went to go talk to another employee . We had tons of items so it was very difficult since my children has to do it as I paid. Overall I know it sounds terrible but compared to other stores it okay.

This HEB is conveniently down the road & although they hold good stock on hand sometimes it can be hard to find what you need or you find less stock and quality. The employees are always really helpful though in trying to assist me or other visitors in the store: stockers, cashiers, managers, even the personal shoppers. HEB has competitive prices and have some great selections when it comes to their Hill Country brand. This store is decently clean and busy regularly, but it would benefit from a few upgrades.

We thought we'd give this place a try since it's in our local HEB. Worst customer service and we won't ever be back (not that they'll care). We went at 6pm (they advertise they're open till 8) and there was no chicken left except for a couple of quarters. No mashed potatoes, no guac, and the chips & queso we received is a joke considering the cost. $3.99 for a serving of stale chips that come in a box that's the size of a burger box from McDonald's! With very little COLD queso. Since they didn't have chicken we settled on a single beef fajita bowl. The price of the fajita bowl didn't match the price shown online. Apparently they weigh the meat first. That's fine, if it's advertised that way, but it's not and that lead to questions on our part. We weren't rude, we just wanted to know how it was priced. The employee acted as though we were a bother and their response was completely rude and dismissive. Absolutely horrible experience. As I said, we won't ever try to order here again.
