The employee experience at this chick fil a is not as good as most of the other ones. It's almost worth walking into the mall right there to get the chick fil a experience... response to owner: the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude over a single sauce packet. That I offered to pay for. Which is not the custom at any other chick fil a. Sauce is given freely and I've never felt sauce shamed at any other establishment. My order was taken promptly by the roving order takers.By the time I got to the window, which was pretty quick, i had already paid and my order was ready.Compared with most to go windows these days,.....these employees understand work ethic and having a sense of urgency.Kudos

Food is good, what you’d expect. Playplace is ALWAYS closed, they really need to expand the parking lot or maybe just find a better location. I’d rather make the drive to any other chickfila but this one’s the closest ?
