It was my first time coming to this Chick-fil-A usually they walk around asking people for refills, but they didn’t here. To top it off they were charging extra for sauces. This is the first time I encounter that.

Always a favorite in our house....the food was good...the people have always been kind a courteous....the location tho....kinda tight spaced and kinda awkward to get in and out...other then that....its good

I have be about 3 or 4 times because I keep trying to give this place a chance but it always seems to fail me. The customer service is a bunch of teens who are not professional at all. This restaurant charges for the sauce now and they don’t even put the extra sauce in the bag. It’s an inconvenience because we go on our lunch break and something is always wrong or forgotten. Do not recommend coming here at all.

The employee experience at this chick fil a is not as good as most of the other ones. It's almost worth walking into the mall right there to get the chick fil a experience... response to owner: the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude over a single sauce packet. That I offered to pay for. Which is not the custom at any other chick fil a. Sauce is given freely and I've never felt sauce shamed at any other establishment. Especially when I offered to pay for it!!!! I said I would pay for any additional sauces and they got the worst attitude giving me a lecture on how many are allowed. To be clear: I ordered 2 kids meals nuggets 2 adult meal nuggets and 1 number 1. I request 12 sauces in total and made it abundantly clear I would pay for them and that my kids want ranch with their nuggets and BBQ with their fries. So to sum it up you can ask your staff to just give me the sauce and allow me to pay for it without a lecture.

This location is never a miss every time I give a chance to go back it’s always one thing they messing up my orders. You call and tell u yes I’ll go ahead and credit u but 30 min later another manager calls u saying we looked at the cameras and we did put ur order correctly Im telling u what I bought and I can even take it back so u can see. Short story they will fight u and say they did give u ur food correctly which they don’t. They need better customer service and need to pay attention on orders so they can avoid this type of situation and have angry customers. If you escalate this to upper ups they don’t do anything at all. Gotta say this location by far is the worst of the worst customer service to food quality as well.

I was there on Friday night enjoying my meal with my family when a worker told us we need to go as it’s closing time. So we threw what we didn’t eat away. As I was waiting for my wife and kids. The two workers were happy that they told me and the other families we needed to go. One of the workers said you did awesome job and need a raise for that while laughing. I didn’t find that funny one bit. I used to work in the fast food industry and they used to tell us we wait till the last customer leaves and to never rushed them out. To top it off I had to deal with a grouchy manager who was pregnant that was throwing her fits cleaning tables after a softball team trashed the place. I asked her if she had something to clean the area I was sitting so I can sit down while waiting on my family. My wife was watching as she was giving me attitude.‘I told my wife she was pregnant and I wanted to help her. She didn’t like it when I told her it’s okay I’ll help you and she gave me attitude problem. She needs to stay away from the crowd if being pregnant and dealing with customers are going to bother her. I’m not returning to this place again. ?

If there was an option to give a “0” rating, I would. This is not the first time I have had a terrible experience with this store but I never wrote about it until today. First I am actually surprised someone answered their phone instead of just going to voicemail. Sadly, the employee, Maria Gutierrez answering made my experience even worse than it originally was. I am a military survivor. My husband served in the AirForce for almost a decade and he died 2 years ago leaving me with a baby. I am not able to drive to locations as often as I would like due to my sons needs. Today, I decided to use DoorDash and spend $60 worth of CFA products to try and make my life easier but was super disappointed when all three of my beverages did not arrive with the order. I relayed my concern to the doordash person but he said CFA did not provide him with drinks. I called to get help, hoping to at least get my drinks next time I eat with you guys because I go repeatedly, but instead Maria simply said “ It is not our responsibility if the dasher does not check the order.” Although I repeated that I understood that but all I was needing was to be taken care of for next time but instead, like a broken record, Maria repeated twice more, that it was not their fault that I had to take it up with DoorDash. No apology was even given, up until I mentioned it to her. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. YOU GUYS TEACH ABOUT THE CORE 4 ALL THE TIME, PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO IMPLEMENT IT AND PUT YOURSELF IN THE GUESTS SHOES. STOP TRYING TO PLACE BLAME ON OTHER PEOPLE. If I am not mistaken, whoever is responsible for bagging orders whether they are mobile, dine in or drive thru, has to ensure the whole order is COMPLETE. My order was missing salad dressing and all beverages. If you need a transaction number, it is 5499 at around 5pm for Bunny.Everyone has a story, like you guys seem to teach. And believe me as a widow, my life is already miserable, but this made it even worse. You are in a position to make a guests day better, not worse.
