“customer service is appalling and even more horrific that the person I dealt with the general manager . my experience started at the drive thru and she couldn't hear me . I tried 3 times to give her my order but no success. I decided instead to drive up and order at the window so the employee wouldn't go thru the trouble of figuring out my order . I was greated by an African American lady perhaps in her fifties or sixties and was extremely aggressive and condescending. she was upset I drove up to the window like if I just broken a rule . she began a shouting and making sure to tell me I was in the wrong place to order . I wasn't. she even told me she couldn't take my order at the window suggesting to go back to the intercom, unbelievable!! I order at this location before during my lunch breaks . I work for United states Postal Service and never I have been so embarrassed on a lunch break . I redirected her to take my order multiple times but she instead insisted to reprehend me. she was out there to humiliate me . she refuse to give me her customer service number and also brave enough to say her owner didn't have time for me . just to leave my number and maybe he would call me. I would never recommend to do business at this location or any location that an owner allows his management degrade a federal employee..“

“Fries tend to not be fresh no matter how busy. 4 out 10 visits fries have been fresh. They also don't park cars with large orders as they should. So they don't hold up customers who have smaller order waiting. Also they don't acknowledge you've been waitinf sometimes up to ten minutes.“

“I ordered a Medium Platter of chicken nuggets. They did a great job. It was nice and hot when I picked it up. The manager greeted me when I walked in. He got my order and made sure I had everything I needed. They guy that made my Platter came out to give me my order himself. There was another manager sitting at the table on her break, she even got up to help with my order. Great customer service! 👏 Thank you all so much for making it a great experience. “This location does not have a drive thru but still great for pick up only. Though the parking lot layout is a bit strange there are plenty of parking spots for normal business traffic.

The kitchen appears to be clean and the front waiting area feels a little dated.
A little love to the front would make the waiting experience a bit more pleasing but the food never disappoints.“

“Came in with my construction crew and wasn't going to eat, the manager brought me som free tacos because he saw me not eating, one of the nicest gestures I've ever experienced. They also had a wheel to spin if you donate 2$ to a childrens charity. Definitely one of the most wholesome places I've ever eaten, thankyou to everyone working here.

“It was my first time there and I asked the nice gentleman Andrew M. at the speaker at the drive thru what is really good he made suggestions and I tried the chicken tenders with gravy, mac and cheese, shrimp and the roll. “The manager, Elijah, was extremely helpful when I informed the restaurant about an incorrect drive thru order I opened up when I arrived at home. He was extremely GREAT in assuring that it was made right eventually because I was unable to return to the restaurant the same evening as he first suggested when first attempting to resolve my issue, which I called about.

I greatly appreciate how accommodating the restaurant and the manager were in this matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will keep dining at the location for take out more than I have bc of HIS PERSONAL customer service skills that I experienced first hand.

He needed to be given recognition for the small bump on his shift, if not mentioned.“

“We went to get the buy regular pizza/salad & get kids meal free. My daughter did not want milk or juice, I had to pay extra for a drink (regular price, almost $4). She got the cheese pizza & i got the mad dog with spicy chicken sausage added. The pizza was not covered completely with cheese & seemed as though some toppings were missed or just barely put on.
Then it was freezing 🥶 cold inside, so she quickly ate her pizza & I ate 2 pieces & we left. Other patrons were also talking about how cold it was inside & they went outside to eat with their kids.“
