“customer service is appalling and even more horrific that the person I dealt with the general manager . my experience started at the drive thru and she couldn't hear me . I tried 3 times to give her my order but no success. I decided instead to drive up and order at the window so the employee wouldn't go thru the trouble of figuring out my order . I was greated by an African American lady perhaps in her fifties or sixties and was extremely aggressive and condescending. she was upset I drove up to the window like if I just broken a rule . she began a shouting and making sure to tell me I was in the wrong place to order . I wasn't. she even told me she couldn't take my order at the window suggesting to go back to the intercom, unbelievable!! I order at this location before during my lunch breaks . I work for United states Postal Service and never I have been so embarrassed on a lunch break . I redirected her to take my order multiple times but she instead insisted to reprehend me. she was out there to humiliate me . she refuse to give me her customer service number and also brave enough to say her owner didn't have time for me . just to leave my number and maybe he would call me. I would never recommend to do business at this location or any location that an owner allows his management degrade a federal employee..“

“Fries tend to not be fresh no matter how busy. 4 out 10 visits fries have been fresh. They also don't park cars with large orders as they should. So they don't hold up customers who have smaller order waiting. Also they don't acknowledge you've been waitinf sometimes up to ten minutes.“

The workers are very nice and service is always excellent.
The atmosphere is very hole in the wall but really a hidden gem. This place is really good for takeout as well as dine in. You can choose from cafeteria style tacos or order a whole plate. This is a place that will accommodate anyone!

The kitchen appears to be clean and the front waiting area feels a little dated.

Quantity has gone down over the years, sandwiches are a bit shorter and ingredient portions are smaller than before but still seem quite good. Subway fans will like this location.“

Today though we had a very pleasant interaction with Elijah that I wanted to share. The order came out quickly and Elijah was very polite when he came to our stall. “I visited Subway tonight (3/24 at 9:18 PM), and I wanted to share some feedback regarding the experience.

There was only one employee working, and he was doing his absolute best to manage everything—taking in-store orders, preparing sandwiches, and handling online orders at the same time. There were about six customers waiting in line, and despite the pressure, he remained professional and continued working as efficiently as possible.

However, it was clear that having only one person running the entire store during that time is not sufficient. This situation not only creates long wait times for customers but also places unnecessary stress on the employee.

I strongly recommend scheduling at least two employees during evening hours to ensure better service and a more manageable workload.

“I was service by Nick and he has excellent customer and he makes the sandwich look like it should be in commercials. I’ve visited multiple times when he was on shift and each time he is friendly and efficient. He makes me feel like I’m getting my sandwich made at home by a good friend.
