“customer service is appalling and even more horrific that the person I dealt with the general manager . my experience started at the drive thru and she couldn't hear me . I tried 3 times to give her my order but no success. I decided instead to drive up and order at the window so the employee wouldn't go thru the trouble of figuring out my order . I was greated by an African American lady perhaps in her fifties or sixties and was extremely aggressive and condescending. she was upset I drove up to the window like if I just broken a rule . she began a shouting and making sure to tell me I was in the wrong place to order . I wasn't. she even told me she couldn't take my order at the window suggesting to go back to the intercom, unbelievable!! I order at this location before during my lunch breaks . I work for United states Postal Service and never I have been so embarrassed on a lunch break . I redirected her to take my order multiple times but she instead insisted to reprehend me. she was out there to humiliate me . she refuse to give me her customer service number and also brave enough to say her owner didn't have time for me . just to leave my number and maybe he would call me. I would never recommend to do business at this location or any location that an owner allows his management degrade a federal employee..“

The workers are very nice and service is always excellent.
The atmosphere is very hole in the wall but really a hidden gem. This place is really good for takeout as well as dine in. You can choose from cafeteria style tacos or order a whole plate. This is a place that will accommodate anyone!

“This location does not have a drive thru but still great for pick up only. Though the parking lot layout is a bit strange there are plenty of parking spots for normal business traffic.

The kitchen appears to be clean and the front waiting area feels a little dated.
A little love to the front would make the waiting experience a bit more pleasing but the food never disappoints.“

“First Time at Chick-fil-A – Sauce Overload!

I finally stepped into Chick-fil-A for the first time for lunch, and I have to say...it was a great experience! The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. One thing that caught me off guard, though, was the sheer number of sauces to choose from. I was not prepared for that level of decision-making, haha.
When I politely declined any sauce, the cashier quite frankly yelled, "WHAT! NO CHIC-FIL-A SAUCE?!" I felt compelled to choose one... anyone just one, haha.
The food itself was solid & classic, fresh, and definitely lived up to the hype. But what really stood out was the service. You don’t always walk into a fast-food place and feel like the employees actually enjoy their job, but here, the positive vibes were everywhere.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back... well, mainly to work my way through the rest of the sauces! If you’ve never been before, just be ready to make some tough sauce decisions or be yelled at! Haha“

“Came in with my construction crew and wasn't going to eat, the manager brought me som free tacos because he saw me not eating, one of the nicest gestures I've ever experienced. They also had a wheel to spin if you donate 2$ to a childrens charity. Definitely one of the most wholesome places I've ever eaten, thankyou to everyone working here.

“It was my first time there and I asked the nice gentleman Andrew M. at the speaker at the drive thru what is really good he made suggestions and I tried the chicken tenders with gravy, mac and cheese, shrimp and the roll. Omg it was all delicious and not to mention their sweet tea I fell in love with!! The nice gentleman had excellent customer service skills, very polite and patient! “The manager, Elijah, was extremely helpful when I informed the restaurant about an incorrect drive thru order I opened up when I arrived at home. He was extremely GREAT in assuring that it was made right eventually because I was unable to return to the restaurant the same evening as he first suggested when first attempting to resolve my issue, which I called about.

I greatly appreciate how accommodating the restaurant and the manager were in this matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will keep dining at the location for take out more than I have bc of HIS PERSONAL customer service skills that I experienced first hand.

“We went to get the buy regular pizza/salad & get kids meal free. My daughter did not want milk or juice, I had to pay extra for a drink (regular price, almost $4). She got the cheese pizza & i got the mad dog with spicy chicken sausage added. The pizza was not covered completely with cheese & seemed as though some toppings were missed or just barely put on.

“I was service by Nick and he has excellent customer and he makes the sandwich look like it should be in commercials. I’ve visited multiple times when he was on shift and each time he is friendly and efficient. He makes me feel like I’m getting my sandwich made at home by a good friend. I pass 5 other subways to come to this one because of nicks excellent service and sandwich making skills. I’m military and I’ve been to subways all over the US and in other countries on base and he should be moved to training manager so everyone could feel like family and get a great sandwich“

I was in line and a girl come from the back and goes to the open register and so I move over to that register and start to give her my order. The employee at the other register tells her that there is no till in that register and without saying a word she just turns around and walks back to the back. She could have apologized and asked me to wait for the other employee to finish taking the other customer's order. She already looked lost and confused to begin with so I didn't really make a big deal. The food was a good temp. The fries could have been fresher for being a dine in order. But it's McDonald's I don't really expect 5 star dining.“
