“We went Tuesday night and OMG! It was delish! The environment was great and staff were very friendly. They have outdoor decorations so you can take awesome Christmas pictures! It’s a must. I would have to say that this food truck has been the best I’ve been to. We’ve been to quite a bit and we were completely satisfied with the service! I didn’t take pictures because my phone died but I will take some next time.”

This was my first time coming to this restaurant and I will be coming back. She’s an excellent person! And a wonderful sandwich artist!

“The girl at the counter was super friendly and informative. My Cinnabon was delicious and exactly the way I expected it to be. This Cinnabon is located inside of a truck stop but its super easy to find the counter and you can also grab anything else that you may need for a trip out of town.”

“Three of my friends and I went to lunch there today, July 25, 2024 met the owner a beautiful woman who’s here from Oregon and opened up the restaurant. She’s done an awesome job with a decoration. “We highly recommend Caballero Bakery, we walked in this morning and bought a box of pan dulce, a variety of pieces for The Humane Society to thank them for their hard work in our community. They wanted to know where this pan dulce came from, they commented , " we have never had pan dulce so fresh, and soft. Not hard and stale". We sent them a screenshot of their website. We are always greeted with a smile, and treated like family. It's a must try!”

When you first walk in, they have their homemade meats hanging in a meat locker. I thought he was going to lose his mind! Pizza and dessert was beyond fantastic! It all is fresh AF. No joke.
