If you want authentic TexMex, fresh and fast, Benjamin's fills the bill. They have an extensive menu of traditional Mexican fare and a few choices of standard American dishes as well. Don't know if I could pick a favorite but since refried beans come with all Mexican dishes, I will say that theirs are very tasty.
