We were in town visiting for my son's BMT graduation. Before dropping him off back at base, he wanted to go to Whataburger. He had never been there before, but a lot of his recruiter buddies recommended going there. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very polite and friendly and the food was very good. After he was done eating, he said he understood why he was told to try them. Highly recommend

Whataburger offers a mix of pleasant and disappointing experiences. On the positive side, some customers have received respectful and patient service. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. One employee named Ceonte cashed customers out on DT and was very nice with straight kindness. Saul always greets customers by name and with a huge smile. The Whataburger on Military and 90 has friendly people and hot food. However, others have faced issues with orders, such as forgotten items, and poor customer service, including long wait times on the phone and unapologetic managers. While some customers have enjoyed their food, inconsistent service has led to frustration and disappointment.
