Went and picked up my food from curbside. (I just got off working a 10 hr shift). Went home and realized they forgot my wife’s orange juice, my jalapeño and the coke I got was diet instead of regular. When I called the restaurant twice it rang for over two minutes without anyone answering. Horrible service. I went around 7pm and the girl at the drive thru was very short and seemed like she did not know how to communicate. Very unprofessional and I had to double check my order since she was not helpful at all.

It's not that I don't like this Whataburger, I just don't dislike it either. I've truly enjoyed the food there and the service has always been good. There's just something about it...Parking: Probably about 40 spots. More then plenty!Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and parking areas. I'm not sure if they have automatic doors for handicap accessible. Plenty of space inside to maneuver and there is a couple of tables designated for handicapped folks.
