Great staff! Very attentive and patient. I go here whenever I can (mostly on Sundays). Super fast service. Especially with to go orders. P.S. The 3 x Tacos for $4.99 is only M-F (No Weekends). But today the breakfast tacos were $1.89. Got 4 Bean and Cheese, 3 Potato and Egg, 2 Bacon and Egg and 2 Papa Ranchera for $23.70. Not bad.
They pass the tortilla test. Good flour tortillas. Breakfast was good, the Juevos Rancheros plate includes bacon at a reasonable price. Outside looks neglected but the inside is ok. My server, Lucy was really pleasant, very cheerful. The others are ok. Mens restroom was clean. Some pretty reasonable daily specials. Lot of competition on this road but it's a good alternative.

Very clean place and the waitress was very friendly. Food was at our table in less than 15min from when we place our order.
