Me and my family went last night the worst service cold food and Missing items never again and when I had told the cashier that I was going to do the survey she said she didn’t care that Whataburger. Don’t care what customers think. SMH very poor service!
I ordered 4 #2. I was missing several toppings on 3 of my orders, yet I was charging for everything I ordered but don't get what I sepifcly order. So I called and ask for the manager, he said he was the one that made my order and everything was correct. I told him No, that's the reason for my call I'm letting you know that they were wrong. He kept on saying no I made your order, it's correct but if you want you can bring it back to see if it correct. I was in the hospital all day I just wanted to get food from my family and go home and rest. I wasn't going to waste my time and gas going back. SO DISAPPOINTED!

This location is newer but is absolutely horrible. The food was dry and wrong, we had them correct it and it was still wrong we gave up with sending it back. The employees talk bad about each other openly and the manager for the night shift smelled like he had been smoking something other than cigarettes. His eyes were red. He was no help at all. He also yells at them. The store manager herself talks bad about the employees in front of them. They need to really do a clean sweep of this location and start over, show up unexpectedly at the night shift and see what's going on. This location is convenient for us to go to, but we choose to drive further away to get food from Whataburger where the orders are fresh and correct.
