Food is always great, but it took almost 8 mins before anyone acknowledged I was waiting for a mobile order.
Cashier lady was very nice and understood my order with out me repeating it. AWSOME JOB ill update the name wen I go back lol. Roxy was another one who helped out brought me my order to my table nice smile Roxy keep up the positive vibes. The crew did an excellent job on my food give them props as well.

The employees, including the store manager, are super nice and accommodating, even offering free treats to children. The restaurant has plenty of parking, including handicap and pickup spots. While the drive-thru can be slow at times, the overall experience is highly recommended. The restaurant is clean and well kept, with a size sufficient to serve the lunch crowd. The food is prepared well, likely thanks to good management. It is kid-friendly, although not ideal for play, making it a great choice for a quick and pleasant meal. Customers have noted that the staff, especially the manager, is very friendly and helpful, fixing issues like missing fries and sauces promptly. The restaurant offers a drive-thru and parking for online orders, with disabled parking available as well. However, some have experienced issues like flat soda, broken styrofoam cups, and the need for cup holders for multiple drinks. Despite minor inconveniences, many find this Whataburger location to be one of the best places to dine.
