Everything we had was delicious and made to order. You can tell that love and care were put into everything we got, something I definitely appreciate. I had catfish and fries, it was perfect and definitely satisfied my craving that day. My husband had a Chicago dog and it looked amazing, he enjoyed it. One kid had a gyro and wow, it looked great. She wouldn't let me try it lol. The other kid had kid chicken tenders. They were not your typical frozen nuggets y'all, they were fresh fried chicken and she loved them (picky kid). We will be back. “I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“When it comes to chicken wings, bb.q Chicken knows how to do them. Their sauces are killer! I tried the Wings of Fire out of curiosity to see how spicy it really is and it doesn't really burn you. Just eight wings is enough to tickle your tongue and throat. But what I like most about this place is that they have a bar. Korean fried chicken at the bar? You can't complain! The staff are super chill too.“

The sauce flavors are very very tasty as well. I got soy garlic and spicy Galbi.

We came during lunch from work, and all 4 of us got served very quickly as we were the only ones. We called in our orders as we drove to the place. The store accommodated to us by taking our pick up order, and when we arrived, we had enough time to sit down and enjoy our meal.

We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. Shortly thereafter, a saxophonist, by the name of Joel Guerrero, begin to play. The atmosphere could not have been better. The food was 5-star. The service was just as good as the music and food. I had an opportunity to meet a lady by the name of Liz, whom introduced me to the owner, Remi. He could not have been more of a gentleman. “My go-to burger place for a reliably great burger. Onion rings are so-so, really hit or miss, but the fries are fresh. Ordering is a tight fit, not much room while waiting to order at the register, but it's not that big of a deal. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the last few times I have been there, the person that took our cups for refills, switched them up. One person's diet coke got tea on top and vice-versa.. at least keep the cups straight. Next time I'll get my own refill. Otherwise, a great tasting burger, served quickly. I have never gotten a beer at lunch, but they have a huge selection of bottles and cans in coolers behind the counter.“

“I came to Pluckers because I was really craving some wings. Plus, I had just come from a Spurs game and was able to score five free wings thanks to their sponsorship—definitely a win!

It was a Monday night, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. I arrived around 8:30 PM and was immediately seated. I had my heart set on a Mega-Rita, but unfortunately, the frozen drink machines were already down. Disappointing, but the rest of the drink menu was still available.

Since it was Monday, their special was All-You-Can-Eat Wings for $33. I decided to go all in and ordered lemon pepper and honey BBQ bone-in wings with a small order of waffle fries. The wings did not disappoint—they were great in size and packed with flavor. The waffle fries were just okay, nothing too special.

To finish off my meal, I couldn’t resist dessert after seeing the sign that said, “Pluck your diet, order dessert.” That got a chuckle out of me, so I went with the brownie, which my server highly recommended. While it was a good size, the flavor was underwhelming—honestly, the Chick-fil-A brownie is better and cheaper.

Overall, I had a good experience. The service was great, the wings were solid, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m craving wings. Hopefully, next time the drink machine will be up and running, so I can finally get that Mega-Rita!“

Never stepped for inside but have ordered this on uber maybe 20 times over the last few months and it's always the bomb, gets there with all items, it's almost always still really hot (that's a win for uber), and flavors are on point.
