“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“The truth is I really wasn't in a mood for the wings but the person that I was with was. I was skeptical but when I tried the wings they were outstanding. I love the fact that they are fried with cornstarch and very crispy and the flavor was amazing. I couldn't stop eating them. “First, the manager is great! He has a great personality and seems to be great at running the store. Second, the food is really good! “This was my wife and my first time here at Capo's Pizzeria on Broadway on 02/14. We were looking for a quiet place to have dinner on a Friday night, Valentine's Day, just before an 8:00pm movie. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. Shortly thereafter, a saxophonist, by the name of Joel Guerrero, begin to play. The atmosphere could not have been better. The food was 5-star. The service was just as good as the music and food. I had an opportunity to meet a lady by the name of Liz, whom introduced me to the owner, Remi. He could not have been more of a gentleman. “I came to Pluckers because I was really craving some wings. Plus, I had just come from a Spurs game and was able to score five free wings thanks to their sponsorship—definitely a win!

It was a Monday night, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. I arrived around 8:30 PM and was immediately seated. I had my heart set on a Mega-Rita, but unfortunately, the frozen drink machines were already down. Disappointing, but the rest of the drink menu was still available.

Since it was Monday, their special was All-You-Can-Eat Wings for $33. I decided to go all in and ordered lemon pepper and honey BBQ bone-in wings with a small order of waffle fries. The wings did not disappoint—they were great in size and packed with flavor. The waffle fries were just okay, nothing too special.

To finish off my meal, I couldn’t resist dessert after seeing the sign that said, “Pluck your diet, order dessert.” That got a chuckle out of me, so I went with the brownie, which my server highly recommended. While it was a good size, the flavor was underwhelming—honestly, the Chick-fil-A brownie is better and cheaper.

Overall, I had a good experience. The service was great, the wings were solid, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m craving wings. Hopefully, next time the drink machine will be up and running, so I can finally get that Mega-Rita!“

“Wow! Haven’t had a burger this good in ages. You can tell they weren’t frozen and they have that nice grilled flavor.

The customer service was also pretty great. It’s nice when the manager comes around and checks on how we are doing.

We had no intention to come back but since we were close by shopping in that area we figured one more try since we were so hungry. What a relief to see they have a new manager! Tiffany or Stephanie sorry my memory isn’t great.. was amazing! We got lucky it was busy and she was helping the other server with tables. Wow I can’t really tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed her.
