I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place….
Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information...read full review

Pluckers Wing Bar offers a casual dining experience with a sports-focused atmosphere, featuring large screen TVs broadcasting various sports. The menu includes a variety of options, such as fried mac and cheese, naked boneless wings, and fried pickles. While some dishes like the chicken and waffle fries may not meet expectations, others, especially fried pickles, have received praise for their taste. Service can be inconsistent, with some servers criticized for their attitude and professionalism; however, some visits have been highlighted for excellent service, like one where a server named Alyssa made a positive impact. The restaurant offers perks like a "free" pickle appetizer for first-time customers and allows customization of wing orders with sauce and drumstick preferences. Overall, Pluckers Wing Bar is a fun spot to grab a beer with friends and enjoy wings, but diners should be aware of potential issues with food quality and service.
